Anderson Pest Control is a good service. I have automatic deduction for my payment. I have heard from my neighbors that their price went up, which is fine, however they don't let you know about this until after the service is done and you see the increase on your statement. I give this 4 stars only due to lack of communication regarding price increase. My neighbors and I are happy with the service, just not good business practice to raise price without any communication to let the customer know.

I love how Anderson Pest Control power sprays the entire outside and then gently spray with a hand held sprayer the base boards in the house. I don't have bugs after a few barriers/treatments. Also in the agreement if you ever need any help between services they will come out for free. I am happy with their team and will always use them.

I want to give negative stars. Very poor communication, the only communication from the company was invoices for payment. I've been paying since Nov '21 for quarterly services and have only had 1 visit. No calls, no emails. I shouldn't have to call and hunt down a technician for services. I requested another tech and was given a service date for today, 5/18/22, called in to make sure the appointment was for today, the phone attendant confirmed it was for today between 12pm and 5pm.
I called back at 4pm a different phone tech informed us the appointment is not today but for May 26th. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company at all. Unsatisfied customer.

Just had the most shocking and unprofessional experience. I have used Anderson pest Control for many years now. They were wonderful for years because of an amazing employee Gloria. I had sent many of my customers and business associates to them. Today I was told that I had a pass due bill due. I recalled that a $240 charge came out in November from them which did not make any sense at all.
Not even the amount because of the amount of our monthly contract. I immediately went and looked up our Bank account and found that they actually over charged me $40. Then Nate, the owner, said he would look at the transactions and put us on hold. But instead after a short hold said that he was firing Gloria because she was costing him money and that he was losing money with us.
That we needed to part ways. We were shocked to hear him say this. He obviously did not see that the 50 a month added all up and that the 240 should not have been taken out. Nate did not offer to recheck or go over this with us but his only words were that he was firing Gloria. Its Christmas time. How can someone who can not admit they did something wrong state to me and my staff on a speaker phone that he is firing someone that we had spoke to for years?
How did the blame get shifted to her. How does he treat a customer that he said himself was a very valued good customer and blamed Gloria for losing our business when he is the one that cost the loss of business by his own poor customer service in the way he treated us and his own employee. This was so unprofessional and shocking

We initially called Anderson Pest Control because we had ants all over our house and it was a disaster. They came within a day or so to help out and the ants were completely gone. They come to us every other month now and I couldn't be happier with their service. The guys who come are always nice, good guys too. They're affordable. Such a great company!

Anderson Pest Control is the best! We have tried other services in the past and none of them Compare to Anderson. We had pigeons nesting under our solar panels and we knew this was going to be a very important project. My experience started with their office staff who was very helpful and friendly in guiding me through this unexpected pigeon and pest problem.
The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were on time and very efficient with the services provided. We had great experiences with Jarrett, Tyler, Sal, and Chase. I think we got their "A" team. They continue to service our house on a regular basis and we have noticed a major improvement. The best part is that the pigeons are removed, the solar panels are secure, and I don't wake up to pigeons squalling on my roof anymore. I highly recommend Anderson pest control to anyone who is serious about eliminating pests, rodents, and pigeons. Great team!

I have been using Anderson Pest Control for over 6 years, in 2 homes. Gloria always answers the phone with such warmth and is quick to respond if leaving a message. This family run company does a great job! J.B and Sal typically handle my service, checking problem areas and being quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company and their entire team. We have used Anderson Pest Control for many years. They are great. The office staff and technicians are all helpful and courteous. Today Brayden was the technician that did our service. He called prior to arriving, which is always appreciated, and was friendly and helpful. Simply put they just have nice employees. Also, we haven't had any problems with pests that they haven't helped us take care of to our satisfaction.

I have been a client for a number of years. They've shown concern for my home and family. Even after moving a couple times I have continued service. I just purchased a new home and will have Anderson spray prior to move in and continue regular service moving forward. If you're considering a service give them a call.

I have been with Anderson Pest Control since 2014 and have had an excellent experience with them since then. Gloria has always been prompt in returning calls and has been willing to work with my schedule. I've preferred to have my home sprayed semi-annually instead of quarterly and they have been willing to accommodate me. Brayden Heier was my technician today and was an absolute gem. He was professional and friendly.

It's Vegas. It's the desert. Bugs and critters are everywhere! But if you're using Anderson Pest Control, they won't be in your house or yard. I've used them for many years. Not only is their treatment effective, the young men who perform their service are always personable, polite, and thoughtful. Plus, I've always promptly gotten a call the day before to alert me to their visit. Add to that, the pricing is very, very reasonable. Can't recommend them more highly.

We've used Anderson Pest Control for some time now, our regular tech is Jake. Anderson was recommended to us by our neighbors. They have been great! Never miss an appointment and extremely flexible, they are very willing to work your schedule to make sure you get a full service. I've never had to call them out again after a service, we had a BIG spider problem, they started their services, and big spiders gone in less than a week. Jake has been very respectful and friendly so they make the experience more personable, rather than just running through the house and avoiding the residents just to get the job done. Awesome company! Great people!

I initially called them because I saw a dead rat in the area. They came out and inspected our home and took a peak in the attic, layed several bait boxes around as well as spray for bugs. I have happily been using their service ever since. I cannot express how happy I have been with their service. The technicians that come out are always professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend their services.

So had them for about 5 years and everything was ok. Don't know if it's new management but the service began to decline. Two no shows and services provided were hit or miss caused me to have to cancel. What sealed the deal for me was the lady on the phone representing their agency, turned from nice and understanding to hang up in the ear rude.
If I was thinking about giving them another chance, she ruined that. I'm also hoping everyone sees this who is looking for a service and skips this one. Paid on time and didn't have any major issues but they have truly shown their true nature.

We used Anderson for a few months and it was just not a good experience. They never really stuck to scheduled, and I'd often get calls while out around the city from their exterminator when he was coming to our home, requiring us to return across the valley if we wanted the inside sprayed. This was our first issue. Second issue, is the last time their exterminator came to our home, he used our bathroom for around 20 minutes, stinking up half the house for almost two hours. Disgusting. I'd never do this in a customers home.
The straw the broke the camel's back, is they sent us to collections for not paying the bill last time from when their exterminator took a crap at my house. We wanted the bugs gone from chemicals, not stench. Overall unprofessional, would not recommend.

Talk about creepy. A young man came to our door, spray can in hand, didn't even identify himself, and asked me if I wanted our home sprayed. I told him no, that we already have another company that does our spraying. He got in his truck (which was parked right outside our home) and trolled the neighborhood for work. I got the name of his company off the side of the truck to write this review.
I live in a 55+ community, where many residents are in their 70's & 80's, and are often targets of scams. If this company thinks this "sales tactic" is acceptable, they are sorely mistaken. Stay out of our neighborhood.

No way. I spent all day at home waiting for this guy I've been on the schedule since last week. After no phone call I called them for 3 hours with NO answer when they finally answered the lady tells me that the guy has already come in for the day. What!? I did not reschedule and won't be using them again.

Nate Anderson and Anderson Pest Co have fantastic customer service. Whenever we have had any pest sightings in between our normal monthly sprays, the company has sent out a technician as soon as possible to take care of the situation. They are always pleasant to deal with on the phone as well. Highly recommend!

Just had my latest service from Anderson. Also will be my last. Pro: The bugs stay away when they do show up and spray. Con: They don't call ahead of their appointment time to coordinate. The technician slipped the bill in my door when he was done spraying, except I wasn't contacted ahead of time so I couldn't let him in to spray the back of the house or the inside. I'd consider that less than half a full job. They've also missed appointments without calling to let me know.
When I called to complain and cancel they did offer for the technician to come back and respray but I shouldn't have to micromanage someone to get good, thorough service.

They never call us before coming or give any kind of time frame for when they will be here like they're supposed to! This is a big problem as we are contracted to spray outside as well as inside. We have black widows all over our neighborhood and a toddler in the house, so to me, it's important to spray both outside and inside the house.
Many phone calls without anyone picking up, and just sent an email, so hopefully they can fix this. The guy who shows up randomly to spray always seems nice, otherwise I would give one star. If they called and gave some kind of notice like they're supposed to, this would probably be a 4 star review. We pay $60 for a spray every other month with a 1 year contract, so the price is decent if we get the outdoor and indoor service we contracted for. Edited 11/17/2015 to add: So they finally called and gave us a few days notice!.but then they never showed up.
When we called to ask what happened they said they forgot. Unfortunately, that's probably strike 3 for us and we likely will not be renewing our contract once it's up. Do not recommend this company :
