My mom was so nervous to go back out into the garden after getting stung by ground bees (the venom was so bad it sent her to urgent care). Easy choice in using Epcon. The appointment set up was fast and easy and my mom could not stop raving about the promptness, kindness, and knowledge of the technician. 11/10 would recommend.

This was my first experience with Epcon Lane. I'm very pleased with the manner in which everything was handled from the quotation process to account set-up to the actual first treatment. Josh, the Service Technician is very personable and informative. He took the time to listen to past experiences with other Pest Control providers, was very informative about Epcon's philosophy in addressing the various issues and was very thorough in the completion of the first service. Epcon Lane seems to understand the importance of timely and effective communication. I am very pleased with my decision to choose Epcon Lane for my ongoing Pest Control requirements.

I joined Epcons Peace of Mind program and I'm so glad I did. Every time I have had an ant issue they have come out the very next day and always send a text to let you know they are on their way and also a text when they leave followed by an email of the service that they completed. The staff and technicians are always friendly, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them!

I joined Epcon's peace of mind program a couple of months ago. I saw a couple of spiders inside and they came back out right away. It's been over a month and I'm happy to say I have not seen a spider or ant in my house since. The technician is very professional and kind. Great service and I highly recommend Epcon Lane. Fast professional and efficient. Peace of mind is worth every penny. Bobby came out to our home and was very kind and knowledgeable. He was young but really seemed to actually like his job. In the first 2 weeks, scores of dead carpenter ants began appearing. Yes! Die you little %+$&s! We definitely needed Epcon Lane. I chose them due to scandalously low prices and rave reviews on Google.

I absolutely love Epcon Lane. I have their monthly service for the business, and it is so easy! They come out, check the baits, ask if we have any concerns, and then roll out. I know that they've got my back if something does come up - but so far, their preventative services have kept our place pest-free!

I do not recommend them. Their customer service is terrible. I originally set up outside service for mice. The mice starting coming inside. I called several times but they only did outside traps. I find out 4 months later with continued mice problems that because I didn't set up inside work in the beginning, they couldn't come inside and find where the mice are coming in. What? Problems change and I should have been made aware of this. The service man made it sound like this was an upgraded service.
