Very knowledgeable people and have a great range of options. We purchased an old 3 family building and one of the tenants told us that they had had bed bugs for 9 years! They had been treated with regular chemicals several times. Bugs Are Gone offers a newer non chemical treatment that needs to be applied every 3 months or so- but it works and our tenants are now bedbug free. We also have them take care of the usual cockroach and rodent issues. All the service and tech people have been diligent and clearly determined to do an excellent job.

Bugs Are Gone are our monthly extermination services provider. When we have had special needs - bedbug scare, carpenter bees et al, they have responded quickly and provided excellent service and solutions. It was pleasure working with Bugs are Gone. We have had several visits from our landlords exterminator and every time the roaches would come back. My technicain Darrell was on time and had excellent customer service. I was very pleased with my treatment. And I know I can be picky when spending money but the receptionist was very respectful and patient with me. She answered all my questions with coutesy. There are a lot of exterminators who try to just be in and out of your home as quickly as possible, but Bugs Are Gone is not one of them. I had Bugs are Gone come over to get rid of my mice problem. The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. He went all over the house to check where they might be coming from and closed the holes, set bates and even eased my anxiety. Really professional and a great guy. Love their professionalism as they take time out to explain everything in full detail. Their team is on time and professional as well. Had bug issue which needed prompt attention and someone called me back in less than 15 minutes. An hour later they were at my door.
