I used this pest control company for 9 years and had a few hiccups here and there but nothing I couldn't live with. This year i had my service scheduled between 4:00-5:00 like I have for 9 years. I received a email saying my service was completed. I looked at my ring camera's and the tech was there at 1:00 and only sprayed the front. When I can called they said he didn't go in the backyard because I have dogs.

I asked them about why he would come at 1:00 when we had an appointment much later. No reason given. I emailed them and said they should not pull the money from my account since they didn't do the service, they pulled the money so when I canceled their service they had the nerve to ask why. Such bad customer service!

I contacted them after feelings like the exterminator contracted through my apartments wasn't being completely honest or thorough, after Dustin had come (he called me and arrived early) and he was very professional and very informative of his professional opinion regarding the bugs in my home. He also explained to me how to identify different species, where to look, and what they do.

He was upfront and honest with me about his findings, and the office ladies were very kind, helpful, and heard me out. They also replied promptly and helped me with any of my concerns and asked for pictures of what I was seeing before even scheduling an inspection I would 10/10 recommend elite pest control to anybody. Home, commercial, etc.

Justin was professional, courteous, helpful, and cared about us his client. I'd recommend Justin and Elite to anyone.

Justin was early for our appointment which I loved. He was so courteous and professional. I would like him to be my new service rep. I have been with Elite for years and with personnel like Justin I will remain loyal. Shout out to Chris in the office. Always very helpful.

I've been using Elite for many years and I just recently had an issue with some bee swarms in my back yard. I called the office and they had someone out right away to take care of it! Then just a couple weeks ago my kids left the back door open and a tarantula made its way inside! I called Elite and the owner came over and got the spider and took it out to release it into the desert.

Now that's customer service for you! Great prices and family owned. That's what I love about them, you ever have a problem you can talk to the OWNER, then you know you will get results.

Elite Pest control has had amazing customer service. We've had problems with scorpions and spiders and I don't remember he last time I've seen either! One time we also had a snake! With one call, Shane was over at my house within 5 min to catch it! I don't know what I would've done without his quick response! The best in town! I highly recommend them!

After moving from California, we were nervous about the pest problems Las Vegas was known for. We were highly referred to Elite Pest Control. We had roof rats, roaches and ants when we moved in. Jacob came and spent time in our attic, home and all around the yard. He has eliminated all the pests! He now comes monthly and we haven't seen any bugs! We're so grateful for Elite! When we call the office the secretaries are always so friendly and helpful!
