Garrie Pest Control

They are very nasty / rude and not professional on the phone. When we call, it takes almost a week for them to show up. We recently called and scheduled for a date and when they Didn't show up we called them again and they said no one called to schedule anything and we're very rude about it. I've been a client with them for just over 3 years. The first year was amazing service but the last 2 years is making me look into other options.

I called to reschedule an appointment because I was unaware the tech was unable to get to us. Admittedly I was a little annoyed because I thought they came and left without talking to anyone. I asked what day we could reschedule for and 2 seconds later the office manager Laura is yelling at me that she tried to call me and my mailbox was full, finally she calmed down and we got it rescheduled and she hung up on me. Normally I have a good experience with Garrie but this is having me recoconsider other options. I'll delete this review if she apologizes to us.

I have never met such a rude establishment in my life. My grandmothers building has been infested with mice for months now. I am assuming this company was hired by building management. This man came from Garrie Pest Control and didn't greet nor introduce himself it's just obvious that he's an exterminator and we let him in. He takes a look around and says someone is coming back within a few weeks.

The person comes in about 2-3 weeks and surveys the apartment but does not fill any holes or lay down traps or bait.in between this time we had already done some DIY hole filling with steal wool and foam. In another two weeks the same rude guy comes back, fills two holes and says he can only fill what was written down because he has other people to service.

Let alone the fact that the many holes that were filled by myself were not recorded by the company. They have been here about 4-5 times and there are still mice running rampant in broad day light on a very well kept home. This is ridiculous!

Matthew Macelninney is amazing! He's professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He listened to the issue I was having and was able to resolve it the first time with precision & accuracy! He exceeded my expectations during his visit to my home and I no longer have an issue with wasps! Thank you Matthew! You're amazing and an actual life saver!

Listen, I called to report a mouse problem and they sent a great inspector, Heidi Romano, that very same morning. She was nice, knowledgeable, professional, and had great recommendations. Both my husband and I work from home and both ended up being on calls while she was wrapping up and just left the estimate on our counter. How awesome is that! Love this company and will shout it to the rooftops how great they are

Heidi is a great estimator! She is kind and informative. She knows the stresses involved with having to call for pest control in the first place and she's right there with you to explain it all. I would definitely recommend this company and even ask for her again. Even the staff who come to do the treatments are top notch, friendly and informative!

Garrie is the BEST. After a horrible experience with a large national company, we received this recommendation from our realtor. We've been using them for three years now at two different properties, and they have been absolutely amazing. So attentive and helpful and all their technicians are professional and courteous and thorough. If you are having an issue in your home, they will stop at nothing to resolve it.

Again and again, they have helped with a number of issues and I continue to be confident in their commitment to their customers I only wish we'd known about Garrie Pest Control sooner!

I used Garrie for 18 years in lower Westchester. They are on of the best service providers I've ever used. Very reasonably priced and always great service. I one had a termite scare and I brought them in for a 2nd opinion. They offered a low cost solution that was right on the mark and saved me thousand's of dollars!

Found Garrie through Angie's list, continued to use Garrie because the service they provide. Both the service techs and office staff are pleasant to deal with. The service tech always come between the time given, and go above and beyond the other pest control companies we've used in the past.
