Company is always willing to clean up other people's messes. In re it's important to have communication. These guys are always communicating and sending info, which is great, not sure who the lady is that does all their scheduling. But she needs serious kudos!

Set up appointment the weekend before for the following Monday. Waited for tech for scheduled time. Nothing. I waited for tech for over an hour past scheduled time. Again nothing. No one showed up and no one called. Finally, after almost 90 minutes past time due I called office. "Oh, Sam is out sick today, " was the response I got. Really? Might want to share that with the customer. I took time off to be there for treatment and no one from Heartland bothered to let me know tech was not coming. Unbelievable.

Won't be using them again, spiders doubled and wanted to sign me up for an ongoing charge.

Great owners, honest, truthful, and will get the issue resolved!

I hate updating with a lower review, but sadly I have to. Heartland also services Hutchinson. I was thrilled to learn this, upon moving to Hutch, because I've been with Heartland for the past four years in Wichita. I may have to find someone new now, though. They sprayed my apartment in Hutchinson, and not even a month later I saw just as many bugs as I saw before they sprayed.

I even collected a few of the bugs I was seeing a lot before they came so I could show the person who came to spray, and he had no clue what they were. The gentlemen who serviced my home in Wichita, Juan and Harry, were always knowledgeable about what kind of insects they should be spraying for. I am not sure that the gentleman who services Hutchinson really knows. I plan to speak with Heartland about this, so hopefully I can update with a more positive review.
