Terrible service. I purchased the termite treatment for an active termite problem. The technicians treated inside and the dirt around my house. They never did the cement patios. Walkways, or carport. Phone calls back and forth, threats to sue for non payment. Returned 14 months later to complete the treatment in the concrete areas. Left a hangtag staying complete. Still did not treat the carport. And no one checks or oversees the work. Terrible service!

Not recommended. I asked for help with a wasp problem and noted that the insects were nesting in a very high place. The agent pitched an ongoing service. I said I needed the one problem fixed. He said they don't do that and didn't have ladders high enough. I questioned why he had come out, he called me rude and left abruptly.

I called because my three inside cats had fleas and I was concerned there were fleas in my crawlspace. The man who came out immediately was not dressed to crawl around under a house. He walked around near the crawlspace doors, said there were no fleas and that there were signs of termite damage and the house needed termite treatment. He then called me several times in a salesman-like way to get me to buy the termite treatment.
Two months later I consulted another company. They came out same day, crawled around under my house and said it was full of fleas. They also said the house had been treated for termites and it was just signs of old damage in the crawlspace. I knew this to be true from my home inspection. They fogged under the house and for the first time in two months my cats and I are not suffering with fleas. I will never ever call Mack again. Angell Pest Control rocks, though. Call them instead.

I had a visit today from Mack's pest control and she was the worst pest control person I have ever seen I told her before she enter my house that I had brown recluse spiders real bad and as she enter my home she sprayed a small amount around the base boards and I showed her a trap that was full of spiders and she said yes they are brown recluse and I told her I think they are up in the attic because its hot up there so I pulled the door down and her words to me was you know a big girl cannot go up there and my words to her was why did you come and she said to do a one time spray and I said that's not going to kill all these spiders I was very unpleased with this company and I would not send them to anybody I have had pest control before and they have never spayed water down we she sprayed I told her that's a spider crawling and she said he will die so the spider kept going so I stepped on it and killed it I feel if you cannot do the job right send somebody who can go up stairs and spray in the attic and when she open up the closets she sprayed in just one spot I think they need to send a person that is not scared of brown recluse spiders and as she was about to leave after about 15 minutes in my house she said would ask me to signed the bill.

No complaints about the actual work of removing a hive from the front bushes of my uncle's rental house. It was the office that made it a miserable experience. It took me FIVE months to get an invoice from them. They sent them to the wrong address. The sent invoices with the wrong work description. And since I wouldn't pay until I got an accurate invoice for tax records, they also threatened me multiple times to go to collections.
I finally got someone in the office to hand-write the actual work on an incorrect invoice since she claimed they didn't have the technology to write anything except "general pest application" on the invoice, which would not correlate to the much more expensive hive removal that was actually done. At least ten phone calls and five emails before the thing was finally resolved.
And to top all off, after I paid, they sent me another invoice with interest for tardiness. Luckily, the manager apologized when I complained and didn't try to pull a fast one. I go with Belle Meade Exterminators whenever possible as I find them MUCH more personable.

Had a free service with purchase of new house. People came over and "sprayed" the inside/outside of a 3400 sq ft house in about 8 minutes. Left notes on their quarterly service and other services. Seemed like it was just an excuse to try to get the yearly business. Had another company come out that took their time (45 mins roughly, sprayed inside, and out). they got my yearly business.

When my son brought in all this firewood into my house, I thought for sure I was going to have an outbreak of spiders. So after the firewood was removed, I called Mack Pest Control to come in and check for brown recluse spiders. Bob came over the same day I phoned. He brought all these little sticky paper tents that he put all over my house, my basement, under my counters and in closets.
He didn't charge me for any of the tents, nor his time. He told me to call in a couple of weeks if I saw a bunch of insects in my tents. Rarely have I found a business that didn't charge for a service call. Rarely have I met someone as nice and pleasant who wasn't the boss of the company. They don't get much better than this. I never got to find out what they charge for pest control. I got excellent service, and should I have problems with spiders or bugs. I know who to call.
