All American, and one specific gentleman in particular, John O, went above and beyond for us. The customer service was unrivaled working with Karla and then John on the home call was incredible. Went above and beyond. Not only addressing our rodent issue but identifying a dead animal that needed to be removed. On his own accord he got Oder removers and spent hours identifying where and what was causing this.
Then he removed It for us. He could have made us call another service but he could see my distress and took care of It himself. If that wasn't enough then he cleaned The affected area too. I am beyond impressed and will not only continue to use as we are on their monthly plan but tell everyone we know. This level of service is far and in-between these days and It warmed my heart to see a company care so much about their customers. Well done All-American, we will be customers for life!

I was very happy with my service at the beginning but it has gone downhill in recent quarters. It seems like the quality of service differs greatly based on which servicer is sent to your address (i.e. only misting the front of the house even though the spraying was done in the back, rushing through the service, etc.). I signed up for the 'All for One' Advantage at $59/month.
After 2 years of service they increased my automatic payments to $63/month. I called once I noticed the increase on my bank statement to inquire. The customer service person told me I had been emailed about the increase, but I never received any communication about the increase. Additionally, their website still states the same service is $59/month.

The guys that come out and do the on-site work are always kind, informative and respectful of me and my property. They know how to talk to customers in a very socially acceptable way and are very trustworthy. The billing department is always there to help with anything. And customer service is superb. We have used this company for years and would highly recommend them.

4 days in Nashville and we find out we have wasps. I called American Pest Control and not only did they come that same day (I guess I had called right after someone cancelled) but the exterminator who came was so friendly, kind, and informative. He let me know what he was doing and why, and he even gave us some recommendations for some places in town. So delighted and happy with my experience.

Ken was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a bunch of spiders and wasps (dealing with them on a daily basis). When he left early afternoon, you could instantly tell the difference.
