We Seal It

Incredible local business that I can't say enough good things about. David is so knowledgable and professional (while still being incredibly personable!). I feel confident that my home was in good hands with him and his crew, and that their attention to detail was remarkable. Thanks for helping to seal up my home! Highly recommend. For context - we have a two story 3,300 square foot home Scottsdale. They sealed both floors without issue!

They were recommended by a close friend. I have significant scheduling limitations and they were available much earlier than I was. Good communication to confirm and coordinate before hand. They were prompt and responsive. For my 2600 home near south mountain, it took about two hours. They did not need to do some things they proposed, so they charged significantly less than the proposed work.

I wouldn't have known the difference but it is appreciated. Wore masks for the pandemic, shoe covers, patient with the dog barking at them. I should have called much earlier. If you're thinking you might need their help, just book it and thank me later.

I tried numerous times to schedule a time for this business to come out at do interior sealing. I live in a town home so I understood that the amount of exterior sealing they could do was limited due to property management regulations. On multiple occasions I would email my contact at the business (David) only to go weeks without a response. It would only be after 2 or 3 follow up emails that I'd finally get some sort of response. Eventually, as I was attempting to schedule a time to have interior sealing done, David emails me at 8:30 in the morning on a weekday (work day) asking if he could come and do the interior sealing that morning.

I let him know that that would not work as I worked that day and also needed to inform my upstairs tenant in advance. I asked if we could schedule a date/time and, once again, he simply ignored my response. That was in early July and I haven't heard from them since. Long story short this company is extremely unprofessional - in my experience at least it was virtually impossible to schedule an appointment to get my home serviced because they kept ghosting me and ignoring my emails - and when they DID finally email me to schedule something it was 8:00am on a work day and they wanted to come THAT MORNING. When I said that wouldn't work they just ghosted me again. Don't know how the service is because I couldn't get them to schedule an appointment.

"We Seal It" provides a service to seal your home against desert pests, like scorpions. This service will prevent scorpions and pests from getting into your home using physical barriers (screening and caulking) instead of pesticides. I've used them before, and called them back to seal a new house. Dave Barrera is excellent and his team does a great job.

They came in and even fixed a couple issues with my doors sealing and closing properly. I highly recommend them. If you are looking for additional protection in your home from scorpions, even if you spray and keep a clean yard, this service will give you additional peace of mind and great protection.

We have used We Seal It on three different houses now and they are a very professional company that does a great job of helping keep the critters out of your house.

Disappointed. Contacted this company, received a quote. Told him I was interested and gave him a date when I would like his service. He told me he should be able to fit me by end of month, and no response. Very disappointing I

Back in December we contacted David to have our townhouse sealed. It was a couple week wait but worth it. Not only was he thorough, but he was also informative as he explained what/where he was sealing and why. This was all great but the inspiration for my 5 star review is because of what happened 5 months later: we started hearing sounds of an animal visitor in our ceiling.

When I inquired to David about this, he offered to come out and re-inspect his work to make sure everything was up to snuff. He investigated our entire premises and that of our neighbors and even took pictures and showed them to me (long story short, it turned out to be a squirrel gaining access through our neighbor's property). Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty! So if you want your house sealed, a job done right, and a man who stands behind his work, then 'We Seal It' is the company of choice.

A wonderful recommendation. You won't find a more experienced home invader sealing company in the valley, in my opinion. Excellent service, professional work.

My family moved into a home last year, and we discovered scorpions on the property. The scorpions were getting into the house, so I did some research on companies that specialized in sealing homes. David B. and We Seal It were by far the most professional, transparent and reasonably priced. The other companies were vague on what they did, used scare tactics and did not send anyone on-site and yet provided estimates substantially higher than We Seal It.

We had the house sealed and are very happy with the results. We have not seen a scorpion in the house since the sealing and a limited number outside since we had We Seal It seal the columns on the block wall. I highly recommend We Seal It for sealing your home from black light glowing pests.
