I called had a bee problem between the floors in the house he wanted $295 I gave him my CC info 2 days later we are still killing thousands of bees in the house he was supposed to show up at 8AM to fix the problem. No show my friend that lives there called him they want to come at 6PM tonight when nobody will be there. I bet in the 2 days to follow we have killed hundreds of bees in that house.

I cannot go there I am deathly allergic and have to have my expensive EpiPen with me. They are crawling out of every light fixture in the basement. I finally got someone on the phone they are going to try to coordinate with the guy that lives there otherwise I am stopping payment with my bank and will call the last guy i used he was one and done on another area I had a bee problem with.

If there was a way to do less than one star they would get it! Was good on the phone and made an appt but was a no show which, when you have a bee situation and a dog that's allergic to bees, it is not acceptable. Could have had another company come out and now need to wait another day and also make sure that we have someone be home.

I was told over the phone that it would cost $160 to $195 to remove the bee hives, they gave me an appointment between 4-6 pm, stating that this is the optimum time for bee hives removal, as the bee at that time will be back home, however they showed up at 2:30 pm, the technician claimed that there is another bee hived under the roof tile, he explained that he would remove the other one for $195, going in depth with the job he explained that would also insert a camera to see if there is a honey, I was outside and he asked me yo go inside and close the door, 5 minutes later he claimed that he was done, removing two bee hives one is visible and the other one is hidden under the roof tile, he claimed that inserted the camera and found no honey, he also claimed that he caulked the entrance for the second hives, he did all that in 5 minutes I was so annoyed, that job was cocked, as I expected that he would stay 1-2 hours to finish that job, in no way he can do that in 5 minutes, why $390 in 5 minutes? Anyway I will see what gonna happens and will post here an update

DO NOT USE THEM. Bait and switch. Final price was much more than estimate AND did not offer their special promotion per their ads. Not ethical. You'll be so sorry to use them!

We had an issue with wasps and so we called this company as it was one of the first that came up on Google for my husband. I am usually the one that always checks YELP before even calling someone, but this was my husband. He is allergic to bee stings and was concerned with the amount of wasps he saw coming out of our bushes in the back yard. So he spoke to someone in the office and the service charge to come out was $117.

This did not include actually removing the wasp nests. So when the young gentlemen arrived, he was very respectful. He went to the back yard and let us know it was a charge for every nest he removed. He removed 16 nests and sprayed/fumigated the bushes. It cost us $635 when all was said and done, but the problem is that he did not get them all so we are still dealing with wasps. I would not recommend this company unless you have an open checkbook.

Shame on me because I always check Yelp before using a company but got busy and didn't and now reading their reviews after they've been here, I seriously regret not looking! Like 95% of the other reviews, their prices were seriously misquoted online. I paid $300 for small bee removal that took 20 minutes. absolutely ridiculous. Definitely bait and switch tactic going on. Do not use.

Totally misrepresented their fees online. Would not recommend. Not a member of BBB so shame on me for not checking Yelp or BBB.

Normally I do not leave a negative rating for companies and will give them the benefit of the doubt. With Desert Sky Pest Control we were extremely happy with them back in July 2020. They caught two roof rats in our attic, advised us they sealed up ALL areas according to Sean. Fast forward, last week we heard more noise in the attic and I have called twice.

The gentleman advised would have Sean return my call. Did not hear from him that day. Called the very next day, again was advised Sean would return my call first thing in the morning. It's going on five days, no call, no answer with the companies phone. I have left a message on their company recording machine today waiting for a call back. Paid well over $500 to have my house sealed, roof rats are still getting in our attic somehow, and the company will not return calls. Communication, good communication would be best.

I would like Desert Sky Pest Control to come back out and make sure all areas have been properly sealed. After all, that is what we paid for. Please Desert Sky Pest Control make this right.

Our business was referred to Desert Sky as a company that is familiar with taking care of office building roof rats issues. Sean came out, set traps, closed up openings and came back several times to remove remains. Could not be happier with results. Quick, Professional, Results, Highly recommended!

This company is a SHAM and will rip you off. They will advertise for something and charge you 125% more after they get to your house, when they barely do anything. His technician will walk around your house pretending to look for the problem, put a couple of traps that is really worth $10 at home depot, and will charge $160, then he will tell you that he it will cost you another $95 for him to come back to check the trap.

The owner PAUL is a joke. He has no sense of Customer Service. He makes promises he doesn't keep, and will contract someone else to do the job for him, and will not stand behind his company's reputation. I would look for another company if I was you and do not believe their advertising lies. Don't deal with these scammers.

I wish that I could give them zero stars. Was told It would be about 195 for bee removal and that they definitely could take care of it. Next day the came sprayed some useless stuff that did nothing and did not remove the hive charged 395 but would send a guy out to finish the job. A few days later a guy removed the hive for 1200 them said he could close the hole he made only if I pay him an other 1200. Dishonest and rip off so stay away.

This group was incredible- wish I could give it 10 stars! Called at 9am with a bee problem and someone was at my home by 1pm with it handled by 2pm. Wonderful experience and service - so easy and professional. Thank you!

I rarely write reviews, but you should know that they will quote you a lower amount than they will charge you. They quoted me a range on the phone to take care of our bees after a extensive conversation about our situation and told me more than likely it would be on the lower end. Then when they came out, after they did the job they charged the highest amount. Keep looking for a different service.

I called and spoke to Paul. I informed him that I was calling from a business and would need approval for the cost of removing bees. Since that phone call, he has called back multiple times. The most recent calls are now a recording of a person with a different dialect with an inappropriate message. EXTREME unprofessional behavior from one business to another! One star because zero stars isn't an option.

Should have read the reviews closer! Beware! This is a rip off company. A family of pack rats moved into our BBQ area. The quote of $250 was to finish the job of trapping, removing and cleaning up the entire area. The rep. showed up one time, left a few traps. The second time he removed the dead and reset the traps AND left me a new $95 invoice.what happened to the $250 to finish the job?

Upon discussing this with the person on the phone it became a nightmare conversation. They have not shown back up. I had to hire another company to finish.an additional $250. The job is complete now. We are not the first to have this happen after reading more reviews.

I just had Desert Sky come out to remove some bees that were forming around my outdoor kitchen. I called them because their ad stated from $49. Tech was here for a total of 13 minutes and sprayed the approximate 10 bees that were forming around the eve. When he asked for payment the bill was $225 for any bee removal accept if you have a couple of bees around a plant and then it is $49 to $88.

Clearly on their website it states much lower amounts than what we paid with a maximum of $170 minus the $25 internet discount. Previous review states bait and switch and that is what we got. I am also following up with a credit card dispute

I wish I could rate this guy 0 stars. Paid for bee removal and filling of cracks in planter wall. Bees were back in one day. Called for a re-do. Bees were back the next morning. I called again and got their service, AZBUGMAN.COM. They told me five times that they would get to their bee guy and that he would return my call. Still waiting. This after I told them that I am an 80 year old disabled veteran with a cardiac problem and that a bee sting could be fatal to me. I am going to pursue this in every possible manner.

These guys are a rip off. Just look at the other reviews. My experience is they tried to charge me $1000 to come out the same day or $295 to come out the next day because I'm in San Tan Valley. I'm just so glad that I did not hire them especially after looking at their other reviews. I found someone else that had five star reviews and was a lot closer. It's always best to check Yelp instead of just going with the first company that comes up in your Google search results.

I came home to find bees above my front door! I called Desert Sky in a panic and the gentlemen I spoke to was very nice and said that he would be at my home within the hour. He showed up within 30 mins! Then it was time for the bill and I was shocked at the affordable service charge. It was far less expensive from what I was charged two months ago for a bee issue with another company! Thank You Desert Sky Pest Control for the FAST, FRIENDLY and AFFORDABLE Service!
