I called All Platinum today around 3pm, and they sent Nat same day at 8:30pm. Nat was kind and quick to make sure the apartment was all set against any current or future pests. During a time when every Pest Control Service is booked up for weeks, both Nat and All Platinum really pulled through with a last minute appointment to help me get some peace of mind. Nat even gave us some helpful advice for the summer months. Highly recommend!

Nat is a consummate professional - he's kind, timely, responsive and very down to earth. Above all, he's great at his job. He made me feel at ease, at a time when I was very nervous about my apartment's situation. He was very patient with me. Every aspect of my experience with All Platinum was outstanding. The lovely woman who answered the phone was so accommodating and got us an appointment immediately. Our technician was Chris. What a pleasure he is! He arrived promptly, was so courteous and did a great job. He even took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked. I highly recommend this company.

Words cannot explain the amount of comfort I had with entrusting my termite affected home to Bill and Kathy. Bill and Kathy were certainly knowledgeable about the course of treatment. The technicians were sent to my home within an hour or two (one being after work hours) to treat affected areas on a couple of occasions. The technician, Chris ("the Wolf"), provided his witty commentary and made me feel a little more at ease. Rashad and the others were always very polite and respectful.

I consider Bill and Kathy friends and am so happy that I hired them to safeguard my home against these terrible creatures! The service provided was excellent, prompt, and responsive. I would give more stars if I could.

I called all platinum for a rodent issue I have. They sent over their technician Kevin in less then 1 hour of my call. He was a pleasure to deal with. He explained the service and was very prompt. They serviced my apartment over a month ago and I haven't seen anything since. This company is wonderful and I highly recommend them. FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE

The first thing I'd like to say is that the response time from this company is really fantastic. The technician was Chris. He was very prompt, very professional and a really nice guy. The company sent him to me after I explained to them that I couldn't get rid of the mice in my home, even after two prior visits from another exterminator. The mice were coming back, no matter how many traps were set. Chris was able to locate the area where the mice were getting into the house.

He closed it up and set the baits. Hopefully this will help and I should eventually see an improvement. It's good to know Chris is out there in the field because I feel confident that he can solve the problem.

They offered same day services (very important!). Nat came by at the time that had been communicated during our earlier phone call. He did a tremendous job doing preventative as well as control services. He explained every step of his extremely thorough process for me and was clear about what to expect next.

I had called a few other pest control services and they did not help me with my situation I googled a company with good reviews and found a platinum. When I called I spoke to a woman who explained the situation and what I needed to have done. She took her time to explain everything to me the next day a technician named Joe came out. He was extremely professional and really went above and beyond to do his job none of the other companies move the stove or refrigerator he did everything and sprayed every spot he could find along with other treatments that other companies just didn't use. We have had no problems since he came I would recommend this company 100%

Man this company is great.we had mice in my house. The technician, Rashad did a great job on patching up every single whole there could be. I have not seen a mouse ever since. I would recommend Rashad to anyone, he's respectful knowledgeable, and will do a great job.

I discovered I had mice in my house. I called all Platinum pest control for the issue. The same day they sent a technician named Kevin to my house. He was very professional and knowledgeable of my issue. It's been over 2 weeks since the service and I haven't had any signs. I'm extremely happy with all platinum and especially Kevin.
