They're employee continues to go through my carport with my car located there, this had occurred twice in the last two months, May 22 and July 21, I spoke to the HOA president to address my concerns but the action continues, I even called they're office and spoke to somebody in charge by the name of Andreas. It appears employees employed by Manning do not respect someones property and looks to take short cuts with the risk of damaging the homeowners property, these images have been captured on camera. I would not use there service.

Manning Brothers has taken care of my home for 20 years now! Never an issue, polite, courteous and run like clockwork as they know my quirks and schedule better than I do. I consider them part of the family. I am highly allergic to chemicals, have a 32 year old parrot, furkids and occasional kids crawling around but NO bugs! Safety is a huge concern for me, they just make everything easy!
I've referred them to so many friends and neighbors that were constantly infested because the service companies they used simply didn't care. I've never heard a complaint from anyone once they started using Manning Bros, staff is awesome!

These guys are terrific. Very professional and friendly would highly recommend. Did a wonder job for me got rid of all my spiders before the holidays so I could enjoy with my family. Very personable. I found their promotion on "angies list" for preventive outside and inside pest control. Called to ask a few questions. operator was very professional and explained everything that would be. purchased in the service. I didn't think I could get same day service, but the rep said If I like, someone could be at my home in the same day to perform the work- Great! Roger the tech arrived, and was courteous and Professional.
He explained types of treatments and detailed what my service was and its limitations. the bottom line is; there are businesses who care about their customers, and will try to give the best Job possible, and other businesses who want to give you the least amount of service to take your $$$ and run.

After experiencing ants in the kitchen, we called Manning Brothers based upon reviews on the web. The scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived timely. The company doesn't quote a price prior to arrival - They quote the price after reviewing the circumstances. The pricing seems higher than what I've paid for comparable services in the past, but we did use their services, the technician was friendly and efficient, and we haven't experienced problem in the day since the service. I don't anticipate using their services again based upon their pricing versus other pest control companies, but hopefully the services provided will last for a while.
