Great company! Great employees! After calling 6-7 places needing to exterminate some bugs I was left feeling overwhelmed and felt people were just trying to use the scare tactic to get me to sign with them. The last company I decided to call was Pest Shield. Boy am I glad I did! Matt was phenomenal. Professional, intelligent, normal, straight to the point and honest.

I instantly knew I could trust him in my home. He was very knowledgeable on the situation. My husband and I feel relieved. The people he brought with him were very personable also. We highly recommend.

WE HAVE PESTSHIELD'S QUARTERLY TREATMENT AND THE ONLY TWO COMPLAINTS I HAVE: 1 - They bill for each treatment BEFORE the service is rendered, very confusing. 2 - They are supposed to apply a granular bug killer 6 feet around the perimeter of the house. I don't think they are doing it since we have thousands of very small spiders crawling around the perimeter of the house and some of them get into the house. Youd would think if they used the right chemicals and actually did the treatment that they would be all gone by now. Otherwise I would give them a higher rating than 2 stars.

Been with Pest Shield for nearly 20 years. Have been satisfied with their service, and field techs. We had a new service tech, and he did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, using tools to get to tight/high spots. He did more than any previous tech performed. Fred McGee is his name, and if you get him as your tech, you'll be impressed too.

We have used Pest Shield services for over 25 years continuously. The company has been very professional with their delivery. A service person comes out every quarter and inserts chemicals into our house and once a year they will come into the house if needed to place sticky traps for bugs that might be in the basement area. They will also spray grounds and porch and deck for other type bugs. Our family has been very satisfied. If assistance is needed they are just a phone call away.

We had Pest Shield installed when we bought our new home. We were leary at first because we always had someone come to our home to spray quarterly. It's nice to have a product that prevents bugs entering the home through the walls without having to be home and had a service rep walk through every room spraying. It's been very effective in keeping the bugs and spiders away.

Pestshield provides us with quarterly protection against all of those obnoxious little insects and arachnids. We have had no issues over the last three years since our new home was built. Pestshield also provides our termite monitoring. We are happy to have a one stop solution for our home protection needs. We have also had servicemen make extra trips to our house to deal with carpenter bees and wasps.

When we called, they came promptly and dealt with those critters before they became real issues. We are completely satisfied with the Petshield services and the cost of those services.

We have been using this company for about 10 years. We just moved houses and had them come out to the new house for a good spray before moving in. We will continue to use them because of their quality of work. Any issue I have gets addressed quickly and everyone I have spoken with has been very respectful. Highly recommend to anyone.

Called pest shield the last two days to no avail. Continue to get a message saying that the mailbox is full. Sent them emails as well as voicemails which have gone unanswered. Maybe Monday?

People make your company. Mark the field tech reps this company well. He is polite and personal. He is complete with both his inside, outside and in-wall services. Their great field folks keep me on the program. Recently the office staff has been super. Easy to set up inside services. Quick to make an off schedule visit for some ants. All gone, one visit, no extra charge.

Not a five star because we too have received the "those crawling bugs are really flying bugs when they mature and you do not have the flying bug plan" story a couple of years ago.

Had pest shield for two months. The technicians were nice and seemed knowledgeable. They came out three times to treat in those two months per their guarantee. After every treatment they told me to give it three weeks to work. I still have the same amount of pest as when I started. When I called to cancel, because I found a new company. They told me I had a year commitment and could not cancel.

No one explained that to me when I signed up. Nor does it make any sense on why anyone would make a commitment to a pest control company. Finally after trying to explain why I did not want to use them the manager said she was "gonna let me out of it" because she "doesn't want customers like me anyway".

Have had Pestshield for almost 9 years and have never had an issue.no bugs here, and the guy who sprays is really nice too! Recommend!

We moved into our home a year ago and noticed it was already equipped with the Pest Shield Box. We decided to finally give them a call to activate it this month (after going in the basement and finding large Wolf Spiders and roly polys all over) The technician was very quick for the first treatment and thorough (about 1 hour) and explained the process in detail. Pet safe/ child safe - so far no bugs!

I have been a loyal Pestshield customer for 8 years and I have never missed a payment or had an interruption in service. I recently found out that I have termites which was extremely surprising considering that I have been paying for a service that claims to prevent pests. I called Pestshield in hopes that they would help resolve my termite issue either by treating my house with their service or by allowing me to file a claim and pay for outside termination service.

I was extremely disappointed to find out that I only had a service that covered "crawling pests" and termites were considered a "flying pest". Strange considering termites are CRAWLING within my walls as I type this. After a brief conversation with customer service, it was clear that they wouldn't budge from their standard "pest" talking points and they were not going to help a loyal customer of 8 years.

I cancelled my service on the spot and will never recommend them to any homeowner. The company that conducting my termite analysis simply laughed when I told them I had Pestsheild so I guess this is a common issue with their customers. Although I was hopeful that Pestshield would be of help, I guess I share some of the blame for taking a company at their word. That said, I did not read the fine print so lesson learned on my part. I would not waste your money on this service or this company.

Horrible customer service! cancelled service due to a move and they continued billing me for a year plus. refused to take responsibility for their mistake. do not use this service.
