I was kept well informed on arrival time. Travis was extremely professional and prompt. He explained what he was spraying for and gave me some helpful tips. We have always been happy with Bel-O. The man that comes out for us is very friendly, he takes his time and we like him. I will say I was very surprised at how much the price for this service went up. We usually pay $130 and this time we were charged $190. I could always understand a price increase but I think this was too much of an increase at one time. Since it was raining he said he would come back shortly and spray the outside. I hope we are not charged again when he returns.

They are very straightforward with their prices and services. I think it might be Jake but I'm not sure anyway he was he was fantastic! Professional, friendly, informative, helpful and more. They only came out yesterday so I'm not sure if my problem is solved yet but he's coming back next week to check. I have an old house and with the cold I have a few mine friends that decided to stop in but he asked me it will be taken care of.
He found the point of entry and fixed that area. He did a great job and I highly recommend them. The office staff who I spoke to was equally as nice and helpful. The price was great as well.

My family has been using Bel-O Pest Solutions for years. They have done treatment quarterly and very happy with the results. One year my dog got fleas from the neighbors dog and then they were all over my room. Bel-O came out that week for a treatment and no more fleas. I recommend them to everyone who talks about problems and encourage my friends to do the yearly contract.
