I became a client of Holpers this January, after I saw a mouse in my house! They are very responsive and came out pretty quickly. Holpers placed seven stations around the perimeter of my house, and have been out twice to rebait. Haven't seen any evidence in my house since. I saw a small gray mouse run across my patio a few days ago. Holpers came out within 2 days ahead of schedule to investigate and rebait. They recommended changing my service schedule. I feel confident Holpers technicians are knowledgeable and am very satisfied with their approach and service to date :

We scheduled today's visit, with the woman stating it would be a four hour window of 8:00am-12:00pm. I asked if she could narrow it down a bit or make it between 9:00 am -12:00. She was agreeable and pleasant to work with. However the technician never showed up! When I called the office they tell me it was scheduled for 3:00-5:00! We absolutely did not have it scheduled for this time, obviously I canceled and will move on to another company who is reliable!

Hollers Pest was quick to get us on the schedule and dispatched a technician that same day to help us with a pest in our chimney. David went above and beyond to help us clear out the squirrel living in the chimney and patch our chimney cap to ensure we don't get more furry friends. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable but patient with us and the squirrel (lol).
We so appreciate the work he did to ensure we wouldn't have any more squirrel issues. David was prompt and courteous and the pricing was more than fair. We will always use Holpers Pest and request David for any more issues. Thanks to Holpers Pest!

Holpers trapped a baby squirrel, left it in the cage in the freezing rain and then would not allow a wildlife rehabber to take the baby in and instead they told them they would take it and shoot it in the head they now have another squirrel that has been in the cage two stories up for over 24 hrs and are not removing the cage or releasing the squirrel but when they do come back to get it they will also shoot it in the head we were told this is not only inhumane it is against the law and they need to be stopped as long as we continue to use them and pay them for services they will be allowed to do this to our wildlife

We had this company come out to our home and we were charged for 169 for the assessment. Fine no problem, the tech said in my house and in my face I hear the squirrels. For months he caught nothing, while my whole family and dogs going crazy because we heard them scratching and carrying on in the attic. They never once went into the attic to check it out.
He only put traps by the hole were I knew they were going into the house. He moved the traps twice, again nothing caught. Then lied on me and told my husband numerous times that they were not in the attic but on the roof. We just had another company come out yesterday, he listened to me. Agreed with me and my husband, went into the attic. And he collected 3 squirrels this morning and there is 2 more in the trap this afternoon. DO NOT USE HOLPER'S, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! ZERO RATING

#1 Unable to follow directions to call me prior to arriving at property because I needed to be present for roof and attic inspection. They claimed I was called but they received a continual busy signal. #2 The inspection was $76 and needed to include a full roof, home and attic inspection. There was no proof the roof was inspected properly as I asked if a ladder was used and it was unknown and the result of the inspection was that there was a possible location on the right side where it might present an opening to critters.
Just what side of the roof "Right" was located with respect to facing the home or facing away from the home was unknown. There was no attic inspection because I would have had to let them in the home to access the attic. #3 They offered to have the same technician come back to look in the attic. Now, why would I want someone back at my property who can't follow directions and gave an incomplete inspection report to their office that is not useful to me.
I had to be assured the total roof was inspected as well as the attic. I couldn't even tell what "right" side meant or where on the "right" side the technician noticed something that I should be aware of. I didn't receive any of the information they claimed their $76 charge would cover. I will protest paying this bill as service wasn't not provided as stated.

Only gave one star rating in order to write a review. Had my house sprayed 1 1/2 weeks ago and after just a few days after noticed carpenter ants. Didn't call then because of the weather. When I called to have them come out to respray, they said they don't guarantee their product. I would have to pay half price. Really. I paid you $100 to get rid of ants and it didn't even work. I call that a racket scam. Never will use your company or recommend them. Hopefully this will warn people of the poor business ethics you practice. Karen Turner

Have been happy with services however we signed up for routine rodent trap maintenance last year which was never entered in their system. Had them come out again this past March and signed up again. Was told someone would check in 30 days to see how much bait was gone. Just called as it has been almost 2 months with no contact. Was told we are scheduled for the end of month. No explanation for why no one came out at 30 days. Holper's seemed to not care at all since there was something scheduled. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Holpers did get our pest problem under control; however, their customer service was so abhorrent that I had to stop using them. We used them for about two years, and in the last year, they scheduled more appointments incorrectly than they got right. This was particularly problematic because they needed to treat inside my home, and they would reschedule me for days I wasn't able to be home.
The final draw was when their customer service person hung up on me. Holpers, please know that you're losing clients because your customer service women are incompetent and rude.

Will never use again. Second time they came to spray the house, I asked the technician if he took down the hornet nests around the outside of the house, he said yes. Truth, NO I did it myself after he left. 11/18 had them spray, after the technician was done I had to clean PUDDLES of insecticide off of 4 of the 5 room floors. I have a dog and am afraid he will get sick.
I called a few days after to tell them and to ask if the tech had sprayed the ceiling of the basement. The response was rude, I was curtly told she didn't know and would talk to the tech and call back. Still have not received the call and don't expect one.

First of all. NEVER call this company! They claim to understand how to apply spikes that prevent birds from nesting. they don't know how. They claim to understand when a job is completed. they don't know how. And I was actually cussed out by the Operations Manager. how is that for great customer service? Last of all. NEVER call this company for anything!
