The owners of Bug Off are extremely professional, polite and always on time. I switched from another company because I didn't feel their efforts to eliminate ants, scorpions etc.was up to par. From the time I called and untill Amber showed up to do the inspection, ; everyone and their IT system made scheduling the appointment easy to fit my schedule. The day of the inspection I again received a text reminder, and Amber was right on time. She did an excellent job of explaining how termites attack. How we can prevent them; and if we did get termites how they would me treated.

Bug off does a great job! She sprays mostly for insects that would attract scorpions. We have seen very few since using this service. We have been customers since 2015.

I have dogs and also foster. So a tick infestation a few years back needed to be address immediately. Bug Off Pest Control was recommended by a friend. It was easy and convenient to schedule. I was given a two-hour time window and Corey arrived well within it. The service is fast, efficient and the price reasonable. I'm now on a regular rotation, considering it part of my overall efforts to keep my dogs and fosters tick-free.

I know I can count on Bug Off Pest Control for any other infestations, too, because I get emails about their services. My overall impression is of a business efficiently run. She shares insights into any issue she sees that maybe I have even created so that I could remedy the issue to prevent pests from getting in my house but having the pros do a spray on a regular basis is always a good thing to have. I had bees on my rooftop that were bothering my landscapers doing work in my yard. I called Bug Off and Cory came THE SAME DAY to treat the bees! The bees were completely gone within 3 days as Cory promised and my landscapers were able to complete the job in my yard. My company has Bug Off as the provider for pest control. I'm really glad they do- because Corey is awesome and knows his stuff. Somehow we had a rat infestation at my office and while I was open to some new office-mates, several of my peers had no chill- and wanted the rats gone. Corey showed up super quickly and took the time to learn what we were experiencing. Corey was very detailed and meticulous with his planning and investigating the issue. Corey deployed numerous traps to help contain the issue within a day, we already had results. Corey provided really awesome follow-up and came back several times to ensure the rats were gone for good. It's again worth noting that Corey treated us extremely well, and we aren't even paying customers.

I work for a big employer and I will never even meet the person who selected Corey as the pest provider. My point is- he treated us like gold and we aren't even paying customers, imagine how rad he is for traditional customers. Customer service is kind of a dying art- but with Corey and Bug Off, it is alive and well. Corey is easy to work with and has a great personality. This week, Corey and Amber of Bug Off Pest Control came to our home to rid us of a termite issue. They were very professional, polite, timely, thorough, and affordably priced. We had gotten two other quotes from the BIG pest control companies in town and Bug Off was much more reasonable. They filled in their access holes and cleaned up after themselves where they created some cement dust from drilling. We are so pleased with their service and we highly recommend them.

Corey came out through my home warranty company, asked the questions so he could properly diagnose what bugs were in the house and how best to treat them, then showed me spots where termites had been active in the past which I'd need to work on. He was very knowledgeable and worked fast. I definitely recommend then.
