At first this company was great, they would call before coming and I could talk to the sprayer to let him or her know if I was having any bug problems. For the last two visits, they just showed up, I was not home and they left their invoice in my door. I wanted them to spray inside my house, but I did know when they was coming. I am going to cancel their service as soon as possible. I am not a happy customer.

These guys did a entire termite treatment including drilling the slab inside and out on my house. Termites continue to be found eating through the walls and despite having ProBest come out multiple times to re-treat the termites are still eating away at my home. I'm going to look into filing a formal complaint against the company. I would highly advise finding another company to treat your home.

This is a fair company with clean, polite technicians. They have serviced my house for years and they are honest and dependable. This is an awesome company to have service your home for pest control. I have had Pro Best for my pest control service for two years. We had lots of bugs and now our yard has very few issues and any bugs we find are dead. We have a special needs dog with allergies and our tech takes great care to treat our yard with products that do not inhibit our pup's enjoyment of the yard.
Our tech is prompt, professional, polite and is always interested in what's happening at our house. Ask Pro Best about the storm shield for the garage door. It is amazing and keeps bugs especially crickets and scorpions out of our garage. My husband loves it. This company also has a contract Post Office which is way too convenient.

We have used probest for several years and each and everytime that we have had to call them they have done a superb job. The follow up they give is a rare service these days! But Probest does followup when or before it is expected. great great service! Their pricing beats everyone that I have ever called but there is never a compromise in their service.they deliver! Thank you and Andrew so much! We've used them in the past for a a termite problem and they fixed it in no time. We called another company to come out last week to do an inspection (be on the safe side) and they told us we had termites and it'd be $1500 to take care of them. Andrew from ProBest came out, saw broken tubes (old ones) and was completely honest.
We didn't need service, the tubes were no longer in use and really put my mind at ease. They're not sales people who would try to sell a bunch of expensive and not needed services. Which is a rarity these days.

At first everything was great. Our arrangement was that they would contact me the day before and I would bring my dog in so they could treat the entire outside of my house. Then they stopped notifying me and I would just get random calls from the technician saying he was outside my house. Then they stopped leaving the invoices for me to let me know they came by.
Today they called to say they wanted to treat today. I was at work so I couldn't just drop everything and run home. Besides that was not our arrangement. Then the lady on the phone was rude to me. So I paid her then fired her. Someone needs to let them know who the customer is and to treat them with respect. I will never recommend them. I will say at first they were great. Don't know what their problem is. I would be happy to speak with their management so they can use this experience as a learning moment.

I notified the owner of my issue directly and despite his tendency to respond to reviews online, I haven't received a response from him in over a week providing any apology or explanation so here it is. I cancelled my pest control service after a billing dispute. I did this not because of the error, that happens, no big deal. I cancelled because of the very rude attitude and customer service of the office staff.
In June I gave Probest my debit card number so they could just automatically deduct the monthly service from my account instead of writing a check each month. I was charged in June and then double in July. I called in to inform the staff of the double billing and they said they would have to call me back. All of this was just a minor inconvenience up until this point.
Then Bonnie calls me back. I'll spare you the details of the conversation for brevity's sake however Bonnie proved to be quite incapable of handling the billing issue. She seemed like an older lady with a southern drawl and genrally unpleasant attitude and seemed uncomfortable with their billing system and technology. On our third go-round where she insisted I wasn't charged for June I told her in a firm (I stress I was NOT rude, yelling, cursing, etc. just firm) tone I was indeed charged in June and I expected it to be fixed.
This is where she turned from generally irritated and unhelpful to flat out argumentative and belligerent, yelling at me that it was my fault because I wasn't helping her enough. I asked her calmly but firmly to please cancel my service and I would take up the issue with my bank. She then hung up on me without saying another word. I had to call back to confirm my service was in fact cancelled, she said she hung up on me because "once I said I wanted my service cancelled there was nothing more to discuss".
Roughly a half hour later she calls me back and sheepishly says she found the charge for June. When I politely ask if an apology is in order for the way I was treated she absolutely refuses to apologize and starts arguing with me again! She was going on about how much paperwork she had to go through to find the charge, as if I am the one responsible for the poor billing records.
For what it's worth the service itself was pretty average, the guys showed up and were nice enough, however I never really noticed a change in the scorpions I was looking to get rid of. Finally, I'm NOT accusing Probest of impropriety but it is a general curiosity and coincidence that after several years of never having an issue with my bank/card that shortly after my dispute I had fraudulent charges on the same debit card I gave Probest.
