Pest Arrest is the bees knees! They truly take their clients happiness seriously. I'm always happy with their service and they always keep my clients extremely happy, which is most important. Moe was friendly and flexible on when to come out for service. Prop for accommodating his schedule. We had a rodent problem (and still do), Moe was confident in it being rats. One of the traps caught a baby squirrel and looks like buddy is still looking for him. During the 30 days guarantee period, Moe only came out once and I asked for a follow up and nothing. Not too happy with the follow up and seeing their guarantee through.

Mo at Pest arrest has been the best technician and helped us identify 2 different roach nests. We had a German roach infestation and they were very difficult to treat. Pest arrest has always been very accommodating for us with scheduling and rescheduling. Definitely try them if you are in need of an exterminator and ask for Mo!

James called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would. He was polite and respectful and made me feel comfortable quickly. He let me know what he was doing and showed me some examples of what he was doing and why. He was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Pest Arrest will be the company I call when I am in need of this type of home service again, and I will ask for James to be my technician.

They take care of mostly everything that could be pest-infested. We usually get the same guy to come & he is always giving advice & looking out for the home. They're very nice and responsive.

EXCELLENT, TAILORED SERVICE: We've been with Pest Arrest for 3 years; can't imagine ever needing anyone else. They offer truly ECO-FRIENDLY pest services. No poisons ever - great for kids, pups, AND the planet! If we see pests in the house or yard between our scheduled 3 month treatments, they come out (usually the the next day!) and retreat inside + outside at no charge. GREAT PEOPLE: Joseph does a great job with our regular treatments and pays close attention to our home + yard.

When he notices problems (ex. German cockroaches), he takes time to clearly explain the problem and his plan to treat it. He's thoughtful, kind, funny (my kiddos love him), and patient with my 120 lb., ever-baying Coonhound. Joseph is great at his job and a great person. We get a text and a phone call from the office the day before service and a clear time that Joseph will be here, so we can plan our day.

Never "Sometime between 9:00 and 12 or 5:00." I've never spent hours at home waiting for them. If we can't be home, all I have to do is call the office. Rescheduling is so easy and they're always so nice and accommodating when we do need to reschedule. Great company. Really can't recommend highly enough!

The young man, Jason, that came out to do a quote is an absolute jerk. First he absolutely would not listen to our needs, second he said "we need to go inside to see what we are dealing with" came in about 10 feet, eyes my home contents, never looked at my crawl space, downstairs or kitchen - THE areas I wanted treated - the quoted me a price almost twice as much as three other companies quoted. This young man needs the chip knocked off his shoulder. WOW

We were having a roof put on when a hornet's nest was discovered. Since the roofing job had just started and we did not want any further delays, we were frantically looking for a company which could come out ASAP. Between Kara, in the office, and Michael, the Service Manager, Michael had the nest removed and house sprayed within 2 hours of our call and the roof work has continued without any delays. Incredible service.

Pest Arrest did a great job on the abundance of spiders and other insects inhabiting inside and outside of my home. My new home had previously been uninhabited for months, encouraging the pests, so this was part of the problem. Not only were the bugs dealt with, a hornets nest was discovered, treated, and knocked down from the eves. It is a relief that the products sprayed around my home are the safest possible. I so appreciate the friendly and thorough service. I can now relax in my new home free from the pests.

I needed an emergency inspection while my house was being resided. My carpenter saw evidence of termites. John, the owner came out immediately! He treated the whole house and educated me about termites. This company is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The other two companies I called couldn't respond for two days. Michelle who answers the phones was so patient and kind with me during my many calls.

What impressed me the most was the response I received. I requested an exterminator on Home Advisor and received 3 names. I contacted several companies on a Sunday; needing service the following day. Pest Arrest was the ONLY company to respond to my request. They were very professional and proficient. I was quoted a set rate; under $100. A man arrived the following day and completed the project. He did not try and cajole me into additional expenses. I appreciated Pest Arrest's efficient response and follow through. I would recommend them to others.

My sister referred me to this company as I am new to this area. I called yesterday and they were able to get me in today. I called first thing this morning because I needed to make another appointment for a little earlier that would run into my appointment window for the pest control. They were able to push me back an hour with no issue. Truman was the tech that showed up. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! Lets talk about customer service and detail. Pest Arrest nails both at 5 stars and then some. They are always responsive, the guys that come out are incredibly nice and honest. And they are really helpful at explaining what you need and respectful to your time. They even send text updates to let you know where they are at with the job, or if they're coming by soon. Called and scheduled an estimate. That experience was pretty nice. The technician who came out did, in my opinion, a laxidasical inspection and gave me a ballpark price. I understand if something comes up unexpected I have to pay but I thought the estimate and inspection experience didn't warrant doing business with them.

This company was selected by my home warranty company to spray my home for pests (spiders). I scheduled an appointment and took off work early to meet them so they could spray inside as well as outside. Apparently, the tech received the wrong address and wouldn't be able to come to the correct address, my house, until the next day. They offered a $10 credit for my inconvenience. Fine.

The tech arrived on time the next day. He was knowledgeable & completed the job. Fast forward 2 weeks. Still having an issue with spiders, so they come out and spray again free of charge. After 2 more weeks, I still see spiders but I dropped the ball on calling to complain because I'm busy. Ok, it's now been exactly 33 days since the 2nd time they sprayed and EEEKKK! GROSS!

I saw a brown roach inside my house at the base of the back door! Not the Texas sized GIANT ones, but not a tiny one either. WTH?! I never had that issue before. Now, I have roaches AND spiders! I'm disgusted and they only give a 30 day guarantee so I have to call another company and go through this all over again. I planned to have quarterly treatments which is the norm not monthly. What a waste of time and money?! Beware!

I just moved to Texas and have never experienced bugs and stuff. I called Pest Arrest to come out to make sure the home was secure and they totally took care of our home and perimeter. The great thing was even though the maintenance guy did a terrific job, he neglected to do the attic. The company called us to follow up with their work and based on that that call, within a couple of hours the owner of the company was standing at our doorstep making sure the job was complete. I had "the big name company" in my area come out and show me a few spots where i had termites and the guy handed me a quote for an astronomical amount that included other things like bugs and ants (which I didn't even have). I then called Pest Arrest because a realtor friend told me about them. The termite-sniffing dog came out and found the exact same spots that "the big name company" found and two more under my dek. Pest Arrest gave me a very reasonable quote and i liked that it's a smaller company.

I had trouble with "the big company" not taking care of ants at my old home and just keep coming out over and over but not really taking care of the problem. When I told this story to the Pest Arrest guy who came out (who happened to be the owner) he said "Ma'am, i can't afford to keep coming out. i'm a small company, so i do it right the first time". very pleased, and since my husband used to work with drug and bomb sniffing dogs, I know dogs really can pick up scents of most things and trust them over a human's eyes any day.
