I had them come out and spray for fleas after a opossum was killed by my dogs and were then riddled with fleas. Sent my dogs to the vet for flea meds and baths. But the damage was done indoors. My regular company was booked and they weren't. 265.00 versus my normal fee but it was an emergency. They come out and spray and it didn't work. I waited a week then sent an email letting them know.
All they did was criticize me for waiting a week to say something. Anyone who knows about pest control knows you give the product time to work. Needless to say we went back and forth when the decided I get half my money back. Only because they only did one of the two treatments. They didn't care that the product didn't work all they cared bout was money.
Let's just say I won't use them again and I will forever spread the word that they are not the company to use. If you like spending money and getting nothing from it then call away. That's the name of their game.
