I order some pesticide from them, they claim fast shipping. They warn that orders placed on the weekend wont be filled until the next business day, fair enough. But it was not the weekend and they took forever to ship. Ordered on the 8th, it is now 20 days later and it has not arrived. I did get a shipping notice eventually, but it was days until the shipper had the product, and now it is supposedly in transit. Buy somewhere else unless you don't really need the product.

I ordered something and Solutions had trouble getting one of the components in stock, so they sent me something different instead. I contacted customer service and they admitted they were substituting the component and offered me a partial refund. While I wish they would have been more honest upfront about the specs of the product, I appreciate the effort to make things right.

Before spending your money with Solutions Pest and Lawn, try to contact them by phone. They WILL NOT ANSWER. BTW, "They don't return emails either." Read other reviews. Not good at all! What they will do is process your payment very quickly. They will give you a fake estimated delivery date, and then change it the very next day. They do this in order to get Amazon Pay to complete the transaction. Afterwards, you won't hear anything back from them.

Buy from some one else. They have no customer service when there is a problem with an order. They don't answer the phone, will not return calls or respond to emails. Wasn't until I contacted PayPal did I get a email saying the would call but never did. Kept the shipping charge even though I never received the package I ordered.

I should have paid attention to the other reviews, I was double charged and their shipping times are pure nonsense. I placed the order on June 7th with expected delivery on June 11th and it is not the 14th with no update on shipping. The company blames FedEx's "staffing issues" but this is clearly an ongoing issue with this company.

Ordered a product on 5/27 with 2-day shipping for $40. On 5/30 I canceled the order after tracking and finding out it was still in queue and not scheduled for shipment yet. I emailed them per instructions to cancel but received no feedback. I called them during business hours and left messages and followed up with several more emails, still no response from anyone in customer service.
They finally responded to my emails on 6/3 to tell me I couldn't cancel because the order had shipped. I received the product on 6/3, a product I paid for with 2-day shipping cost. They refused to cancel my order and transaction. I submitted a review to the Better Business Bureau. I'll follow up with a complaint to them for false advertisement and forward all email attempts with timeline to cancel. Very shoddy company

I ordered a metal storage shelf at a great price. Received an email stating my order was on the way. Three days later I received a refund out of no where without any communication as to why? Super fraustrating because I really needed this shelf. Very unreliable business. Buy elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Critical: Responsiveness Ordered something 2 weeks ago, still have not received it, wont respond to our emails or phone calls, definitely too many companies out there to deal with this one. And if you call, then you are put on hold and then told that there is something wrong with their phones. Definitely will NOT order from them again

We're having a bit of a "pup piojo" problem (aka fleas haha) so we called ahead and asked for advice on possible solutions, after his expert opinions, Tony, I believe his name was, my husband and I went and make our purchase, we spent about 60 dollars. We felt confident in our purchase, and felt taken care of, not snubbed nor patronized. We will definitely be returning, should the need arise. In case it's unclear WE RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS!

This company processed my online order and even provided a tracking number. When I didn't receive the product after more than a week I contacted them. They stated they were out of the product and it was on manufacturer hold. If that is the case, how did you process my order? How and why provide a tracking number if the product wasn't shipped. Fix your website function to not process orders for items you don't have. It's not complicated to do. I don't need to lend you my money interest free for something you don't have and can't provide.

Yikes, this was bad. I ordered something from their online store and was told it shipped out. I clicked on the FedEx tracking number and was told it had not shipped out, just the label had been created. Not a problem until, a week and a half later it had still not moved. I called and talked to someone who told me she'd check the "other warehouse" and that it would ship the next day.

I tried today to cancel and was sent a curt email which consisted of "It already shipped." I was also provided with a FedEx screenshot.of a tracking number that isn't in the Fedex system. The screenshot also let me know that the item would be delivered today. It's 10:00pm and it is not here. Next step is my credit card company to get a refund since I never got my order.

I would give less stars if possible. I placed an order for BNG sprayer parts immediately received a tracking order and then waited over two weeks for the parts to arrive. When the parts finally did arrive they were wrong and the package was incorrectly labeled. Company would not accept the parts back even though they were never taken out of the package. They encouraged me to call BNG and get my money back from them. No accountability.

I have over 300 apple trees and needed to find a store to purchase the Dormant Oil Spray and other Chemicals to use on my Orchard. The company had a great price, on time delivery and great customer support. One bottle was damaged in shipping out of the 6 and I contacted them and sent picture and they refunded me the one bottle. Very professional and responsive.
I like that in a company. I will be using them again even though I live in Ohio. Better to support the smaller companies than give some of their profits to Amazon. I even got a personal call from Jorge (customer service rep) and he was great about taking care of the customers. Thanks for taking care of me.

Ordered Telstar from them. Received order # and that order was to be shipped. Received shipping info and tracking # Waited 3 days and checked tracking #. Tracking # wasn't valid. Called them twice received no call back. Sent 4 emails these were ignored as well. Paid with Amazon pay (thank god ). Contacted Amazon pay online. Registered a complaint with them.

Can't stand it when a business charges you for a back order item with no indication of the back order, nothing on the invoice and you have to call days later to find out why it hasn't shipped. Then it takes a couple days to refund a card that should've never been charged. Do yourself a favor, go to Keystone Pest and order where you get better prices, fast shipping.

Questionable business ethics! I placed two orders with this company. One was received as a partial and one simply never arrived. All communication throughout was only accomplished by my prompting. Even straightforward requests for follow up were not answered. Affidavits were requested and sent. crickets. Again, after prompting, their new reply was that they could no longer fill my order. But.and here's the kicker, the product is still available and I could place another order if I wished. You guessed it.the product price went up $40/each since I placed my original order. Greed, plain and simple. Shop elsewhere.

I paid about $40 extra to have a sprayer shipped faster than free shipping, but the company screwed it up. They put two different shipping labels on it, so that FedEx will not deliver it until that problem is fixed. I needed faster delivery and they screwed it up. Should've known better because it was hard to find anyone who could talk to me sensibly about the features of the sprayer I wanted to buy. It was a $500 piece of equipment and they didn't know much about it. Figures.

This company must send an automated email after you place your order that it's been shipped with a tracking number. Then when you check the tracking it says the item hasn't been sent to the facility for shipping. It doesn't tell you that the item is actually back ordered - you sit and wait for the item for a couple days until you realize that it's not coming.
When you call them and they tell you then it's on back order, you have to then cancel the order because you're actually running a business and need the item you ordered. I guess they're trying to trick you into thinking that the item is on the way. Unfortunately I've tried with them a few times and it's the same thing every time! Do not order from this business! They are unreliable and misleading.

Great company to work with. They do what they say, and if an issue arrives they work thru the issue and find a solution. Jason, the general manager, is amazing. Google reviews are good, but you better read Better Business Bureau reviews. I placed an order with this company for 3 different products. One was an expensive herbicide and the other two were inexpensive products. Order arrived with herbicide not in box. Solutions tried to blame shipping company, but box was sealed and not damaged. They did not ship the herbicide and since box arrived I have no proof it was not in box. They stole $375.00 from me.

When I receive my package one of the hornets right container was broken it was difficult to get my refund. They want you to complete a affidavit! For $12.99 plus tax. I received multiple email telling me to complete the PDF form at David I did it I sent it to him finally I just told him give me my money this is ridiculous for 1299 plus tax. They finally sent me my money it was like jumping through hoops until I lost my temper. What an ordeal to go through.

I had a mouse in my garage and I didn't want to go to Home Depot so I chose this place. I'm glad I did because they had everything available and then some. If you have any problems finding what you need in big brand stores go here and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and don't mind assisting you with any problem that you might have versus looking around and trying to locate someone for assistance.

I buy my commercial grade week killer from these folks and it's a great price. 2 gallons is about $70 and lasts me well over a year. Communication is great and the product is killer. eh eh. see what I did there? But in all seriousness, weeds aren't an issue anymore. Take that HOA! Highly recommend these guys.
