Worse quality of work ever! The owner of this company is a racist prick and treats his workers like their stupid and likes to blurt out stupid little white boy comments that his older hispanic employees are not going to understand. His workers ALWAYS smell like MARIJUANA! Like bad! Likes to take his time to pay his people according to what more than one of his employees expressed.
He will take MONTHS to finish a one home project! He cost my realty company thousands of extra dollars in extra material that he ends up just taking home and using for other projects.

Farmer Termite & Pest Control We contracted with Farmer Termite & Pest Control on a monthly basis to control roaches, spiders and other pests in our six unit apartment building. Unfortunately, the company we were using went out of business. We paid Farmer a $55 monthly fee to keep the building free of pests. We have owned and managed a number of units in the San Diego area for over 30 years.
We have had and still have pest control contracts with other companies. By paying a monthly fee, all those companies would come out and take care of any pest problem inside the units. According to three different companies, that is the standard for the industry. After all, the reason you pay a monthly fee and have a service contract is so that the pest contractor will be there for you when you need them.
We assumed that Farmers provided the same service that the other companies did. We paid their monthly fees of $55 for over 18 months and were under the impression that when we got a pest problem in a unit that Farmers would come out and treat the problem with no additional fee. Not Farmer. They have a clause in their contract called "Clean out". The clause means if they determine the bug problem is server then they get to charge an extra fee.
Well we had a unit that needed treatment and because they would need to spray more than once, they informed us they would be charging an addition fee of $175. This is a company we already paid $990 in monthly fees and now when we need them they add an additional fee. We decided at the time that we did not want to do business with them anymore, so we canceled the contract and hired Lloyds Pest Control.
We signed a six month contract and they did do not charge an extra fee for treatment in the unit. I should also note that we did not use Farmers in the entire 18 month period. We never called them once and they made $990. Not to be trusted. Do not use Farmer Termite & Pest Control.

I'm very happy with my experience with Farmer Termite and Pest Control. I wasn't sure what to expect, but John answered my questions confidently and was honest and up front about the situation in my home. I was worried about my dogs, but again John was very knowledgeable and put my fears to rest. Prices were great, I know who I will be calling next time!
