Gordon Termite Control

I would highly recommend Gordon's termites. I had a mice issue in my condo. They were very responsive, professional, and came out immediately. The work was done quickly and they even offered a one year warranty (most other quotes I received did not include this) Service: General pest inspection

We have had Gordon inspecting our house for several years. I reviewed them in 2016. Recently, I asked them to examine my parents' house and a rental house we have. In both homes, they found serious failings from the company we were using. They advised me of their findings and had me inspect for myself. Long story short, we stopped with the other company and will have Gordon inspect/treat from now on.

They are a smaller company and very responsive to our questions and concerns. For initial inspections, Rick Moore does a thorough examination of every nook and cranny. Both he and the routine inspector, Gilbert, are very professional.

My husband and I have been using Gordon Termite to inspect our house for more than 25 years now and we are VERY happy with them. They have always been pleasant and accommodating over the phone for scheduling appointments and the inspectors they have sent have been extremely thorough, friendly, and respectful of me and my property. I especially want to commend the most recent inspector sent to my house.

After years of seeing Mark (I hope his health improves) we had the good fortune to be inspected by Steven. Not only was he professional, thorough, and pleasant to deal with, he went above and beyond in dealing with me that day. We had just moved back in after a lengthy remodel and he was very willing to move boxes out of the way so that he could perform his inspection.

His good attitude in dealing with my very disordered house was a breath of fresh air. I am sorry others seem to have had problems with Gordon Termite, we NEVER have and I continue to recommend them to family and friends

Terrible for bed bugs! Used chemicals instead of heat (which is protocol). I was bitten the night after the t"reatment". Waste of time and money.

We also used Gordon Termite for years, but our last experience was terrible. We could not get an appointment for a follow-up treatment during the time frame that they recommended and our employees were accused of lying. After the initial treatment failed to get rid of bedbugs, they tried to talk us into a very expensive heat treatment. In the end, we managed to get rid of the problem with store-bought products (for $50, as as opposed to the $377.00 we paid Gordon and the $1,000+ a heat treatment would have cost).

As a result, we canceled our contract (after more than 10 years). We have not heard from them. So, I am writing this to prevent others from having a similar experience and wasting a bunch of money.

We used this company for years when we lived in Burbank without incident. However, when we bought a home in Valley Village, we really had problems with them. We did a remodel very soon after moving in. Thinking ahead, I called Gordon Termite to come out and take a look at the house while the walls were open and signed a contract to have them spray for termites on the new construction.

There were areas that weren't ready to be treated when they were here, and the salesman told us that once they were ready, to call them and they'd come out and treat those walls then, at no extra charge, but we did pay at the time to have those walls treated. So we did. However, when we got here, they weren't going to do the work at no charge.

He flat out denied to my face that he had ever said that. We ended up in a huge yelling match (they were very unprofessional) and they ended up leaving without finishing our house, nor did they give us a refund on the areas that went untreated. I believe the salesman told us that to get the sale and then when the owner (Bob Gordon) found out about it, he got in trouble and was told to deny it. Even Bob Gordon was rude on the phone about it all.
