They are flexible and warranty their work Cameron is always very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Great advice too! Prompt and dependable. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely amazed at the work Martin and Cameron did on my house! We had some wood rot and some old termite damage that needed to be fixed. If I didn't know where the damaged wood was I wouldn't be able to tell, the repair is that good! None of the usual putty and paint, this was a replace like for like with new wood. Can't say enough how great a job these men did! I'd recommend them to anyone anytime!

I recently used CVA for my termite problem. They were prompt, courteous, and the price was very good. During the process we had an out of the ordinary issue occur in which they went far and above to rectify the problem. I cannot say enough about how professional and honest this company is. Dan answered the phone every time we called and we really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this company.

I never tried service from different companies but I'm super happy with this guys and I recommend to my two friends live in same area we are so happy and we never saw anymore spiders, crickets, grasshoppers, fair price for a good service!

When I was getting ready to sell my house, my realtor told me to get a termite inspection. She recommended CVA (as did others "in the know"), and I'm so glad she did. They were fantastic from start to finish! Nate did the inspection and identified several issues that needed to be resolved, including fumigation. Not the best news, but CVA made the entire process so easy.

I worked with the amazing and wonderful Talin in the office to set up the repairs (which were perfect) and the fumigation (also went smoothly). Nate came back to do the final inspection, and everything looked great (as I knew it would). With every phone call and interaction, the level of professionalism, care, courtesy and efficiency kept rising. This is the ONLY company to use for any and all extermination needs. Thank you again Nate, Talin, and the staff who made this so easy.

Have an ant problem so I called CVA today and they were understanding and accommodating on the phone and set me up with an appointment (same day)! Right on time a gentleman named Cameron K. arrived, and after a brief explanation by me as to what's been going on, he inspected my condo unit and quickly dialed-in on the problem! Showed me where the issues are, and treated inside and out. Cameron was SO friendly and knowledgable!

Great guy! Didn't take him long, and he took care of the situation! Told me what he was doing, answered my questions, and what to expect! I actually called the company to give Cameron the kudos he deserves! CVA should take care of this employee! Don't want to lose him, that's for sure! Great service. Extremely professional. We have hectic black widow issues and needed a preventative service. They have reoccurring services and free flare-up services too which we really need. I am very happy with their services.

I had CVA do an inspection to support an FHA loan refi. I did not have termites but did have some dry rot issues. The CVA guys did a remediation of the dry rot and they did a really great job. Everyone we were in contact with was professional and courteous.

The people at this company are the absolute best, from the people in the office to those who work in the field. We noticed evidence of termites in our side patio cover posts and Nate came out to the house and confirmed that termites were causing the damage. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. After opening up the wraps on the posts and seeing the extent of the damage, we knew we needed to replace the posts and a damaged beam, and their quote was the most thorough and competitive, so we used CVA for the construction, too. Martin did an amazing job rebuilding the posts and detailed wraps so they looked just like they did when they were new, matching our back patio. The office staff, Nate and Martin did an amazing job and made the whole experience so easy. They're the absolute best!

Found CVA based on excellent reviews and I can confirm they are truly as amazing as everyone says they are! Customer service when you call in is excellent, the person that sprays is top notch, and everything in general is pretty seamless. I also love that offer less harsh chemicals, which is important to me. Thank you!

I called CVA about a month ago and spoke to Luby who was very helpful and informative. Our issues were primarily with ants and we needed to defer to the professionals. Luby set up an appointment with Cameron who arrived on time and who was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answered some questions I had and sprayed the entire perimeter of our house.

We even saw several black ants in several areas and it hadn't even warmed up yet! Cameron also cleaned up spider webs and a Wasp's next on the exterior of the house! Very professional establishment and a full week later we have not seen A SINGLE ant inside our outside of our house. We are very happy and will continue to use CVA quarterly! Thank you! -Derek

CVA Exterminators was great in scheduling service same day. Their technician Fernando was amazing! Very knowledgeable and took care of our ant problem immediately. Would recommend 10/10!

CVA is awesome. My appointment was for Monday but they had an opening and were able to come out Saturday and handle my Ant problem. Fernando was on time, respectful, and knowledgable about the process. Nailed it out in a hour and haven't seen a bug in my house since and some Black Widows I didn't see or know I had are dead too so I am very satisfied.

In the past, Nate has solved our ant problem when I couldn't. Today it's Rodent Bait. I'm sure he'll do a good job! Well, we'll see in a couple of months! WE HAVE BEEN INVADED.! They say there is no need to panic, but when you walk into your bathroom and see the counter moving, it's not time to check your medication, it's time to get an exterminator. Yes, sad to say I have ants. well I did. We have been battling a very small critter called the Argentine Ant which for some reason decided to migrate from South America and now resides I guess primarily in the walls and attic of my residence.

We had grown pretty tired of the constant work to control the little menace so I consulted Yelp and found CVA Exterminators. It was on Sunday evening when I sent a request to CVA and got a reply back very soon after with a time for Danny to come over and look at the issue. Danny was prompt on his arrival, wearing a mask and gloves and looked it over.

He offered some options and went to work on holding back what we call the "scourge" in our household. Using some gel substance inside and then spraying outside I was told by Danny that it would take a couple of days probably for us to see a difference. The Argentine Ant was attracted to the gel-like substance like a hungry man is attracted to two-for-one tacos on Taco Tuesday.

I noticed that after consuming their fill they started getting woozy and later were just not moving (like I do after too many tacos). I cleared them away, they came back for seconds, but within a couple of days (as promised), we stopped seeing them. So, I not only want to thank Danny and CVA Exterminators but also to give my fellow Yelpers a huge recommendation to use their services.
