I highly recommend this company. I have used them for my home for 4 years, and they do a great job. This week I had an ant problem in my kitchen, and they squeezed me in yesterday - they got here at 7:20 in the evening. Excellent service!

I've used Arrest-A-Pest twice, both with great results. They took care of a mouse problem (dead culprit the first night) and really had great knowledge of pest control. They help the homeowner come up with strategies moving forward. I also used this company for a VA pest inspection, they were able to come out the next day with no trouble. Southern Mass and Rhode Island, I won't use another company!

Looks like there are two different Arrest a Pest Inc. I contacted the Warwick, Rhode Island location. I had a wonderful experience scheduling a real estate refinance termite inspection. I contacted the office and was scheduled two business days later. The owner, Paul, arrived at my house on time. He was professional and pleasant. He completed the inspection on the required paperwork. I would not hesitate in the future to utilize his company for any of my pest control needs.

Time and time again every quarter I am Impressed with this company. The staff are so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Arrest-A-Pest time and time again. I will never take my business elsewhere.

Was explaining things about what was happening on my property. I was also listening to what the owner was telling me. He then got mad because I was 'interrupting' him, throws his hands up like a baby man child, says "I'm done here." and storms off my property. My boyfriend and I were in utter shock at his over emotional totally unprofessional behavior.

Never seen anything like this in my life. I recommend avoiding the drama and don't even call them since they might waste your time like he did ours. We called a company that knows how to conduct themselves professionally instead. ***Edited after owner's reply: We called Terminix and the City and they are both dealing with the issue. You implying that courtesy was in short supply that day to you just goes further to show that you are not a professional and I explained your behavior so that everyone can see what they might be in for if they call your company. Gladly, Terminix did the job and were super nice and we had great conversations here. Thanks!

Do NOT use them. Here is why: BACKGROUND: Owner states they have 30 years experience doing this and I certainly believe that they do. I am not disputing that. However, it seems they don't have that experience dealing with PEOPLE just pests. The owner came onto my property, I began showing them around, showing them all the areas having issues and explaining what was going on.

He had things to say and I did listen. Problem is- I process quickly when listening and respond quickly at times, and while I do hear the other person, sometimes I interrupt and add something to the conversation. He had explained one point *three times already* when I finally interrupted because he wanted to explain over and over about the outside issue, which we understand and are taking measures to correct, BUT he had not even gone INSIDE, in the crawlspace and that is where we needed him to go. HOLY WHAT?: At any rate, he got all disturbed about "me interrupting him" when talking and instead of saying something like, "Ma'am, I understand you're upset about what is going on around your home, and it sounds like you've done some research, but I'm going to explain a bunch of things and then I can listen to all your questions." He did NOT do that, instead he says, "I'm done here", throws up his arms like a child, then walks off the property.

He then comes back into my backyard where my boyfriend and I are dumbfounded as to what just happened, in shock just standing there looking at each other like, "What?". He then says he is "sorry" and not in a manner he is sorry at all about. He just says sorry then says he hasn't dealt with this in 30 years and I interrupted him too many times.

I just stood there and looked at him and honestly did not care if he left. Someone so hypersensitive and unprofessional- I do not need to deal with at all. No, thank you. He could have diffused the situation by just asking me to listen a bit more nicely instead of acting like a man-child stomping off my property. Unreal. INTEGRITY: Read all my other reviews of things and you will see that I am serious about what I say here.

This was unbelievable. I called Terminix. My parents use them and they are entirely professional. When I initially called them and stated that I was referred to them by a wildlife company, he begins with some spiel about utter nonsense and I should have known from the initial phone call that this guy, Brent, was weird and over-emotional and something else. Anyway, they'll stay in business but I won't use them and I recommend you don't either. Just stick with the pro's who keep to facts, not emotions, and know how to handle customers.

I had a pest problem in my apartment and I tried to deal with it on my own. Then, to be on the safe side, I contacted two professional pest control business. The first place insisted I had to treat more than my apartment and the cost would have been thousands of dollars. Since I did not have that problem outside of my apartment I contact Arrest - A - Pest second.

The office were really nice and patient with me, despite the fact that scheguling was challenging and the fact that I had to change the time once established. I asked to receive a call when the expert was on their way and I did get that. The pest expert came into my apartment and spend quite a bit of time looking around and evaluating the situation.

In the end he said: I believe you no longer have the problem so I will not service this apartment. I thought that was very honorable because I was ready to pay for it and yet the company was honest enough not to take advantage of me. Will use again. Amanda Oz.

Arrest -A-Pest just left my house to inspect my bee/hornet problem. The bees found a crevice in my foundation and were building a nest. I tried several times to treat it with spray, a lot of bees died, but I was unsure I had gotten them all. Jamie took a look and said just keep doing what I was doing (with a few more pointers). He could have charged me for the visit, he could have treated the area, but he was totally honest and said it would be fine to continue my treatment. I WAS SO IMPRESSED BY HIS HONESTY AND THE INTEGRITY OF THIS COMPANY. You can bet I will tell others and they will be the first I call when I have another problem!

I have used and recommended Arrest-A-Pest for more than 30 years and will continue to do so without reservation. The company stands by their work, which is always prompt, impeccable and thorough. My residence and my business are in the good hands of Arrest-A-Pest. Thanks for the great service!

Arrest a pest has been serving our house for the past 5 years and have done a great job. The folks that come to my home are respectful of my property and are always friendly. Once they started treating my house, the mice problem went away and has not returned. Back office service has also been superb if I had to reschedule at the last minute because no one would be home. Thanks to Laurie and the whole gang for their excellent service.

I have used arrest a pest for almost 6 years. Very professional group and they know how to get rid of mice and rats. I was walked through every step of the step of the way. The techs are very good with the tenants as well. Sometimes with tenants they do not want to put effort into getting rid of the infestation. The tech was terrific. I have been on a quarterly program for about 4-5 years now. I have two 3 families in Federal Hill and they have been a great resource.

Arrest A Pest has been taking care of our properties for over 6 years. Their preventative maintenance program is a must for keeping insects under control; and when needing immediate attention - their response time is second to none - they have put us on their schedule within a day. The technicians and office staff are always professional and courteous; and each of the technicians are respectful of your home environment.
