Would Brooke or the GM Roger Graham please return my phone call? I've left you both Voice-mail. Please. Thank you. Edit: I drove to the brick & mortar location and was assisted greatly by the Ladies that staff it. Conclusion: You probably wanna drive there vrs. calling to fix an issue.

Arrow is a great pest control service. We have a quarterly service set up. We have an ant problem every year and they control them. We also have a termite service with them. They are always on time on their appointments which is very appreciated. Services: Termite inspection, Ant extermination

They are detailed and very respectful of your needs and property. I highly recommend them.

Their techs are very professional and friendly. Tory in the main office is also very friendly and professional. If you keep up with regular treatments you won't have bugs.

Very disappointed. Apparently we talked to their answering service when requesting the quote. When they came to our house, most of what we wanted them to do they said "We don't do that." The technician was very young, unprofessional, and clearly inexperienced, and performed a task which it would we could have done ourselves. When we called to voice our disappointment, we were not offered any sort of compensation, but were scolded for not knowing we talked to their answering service "who sometimes doesn't say the right thing." Do not use.

I called Arrow Exterminators to help cat h mice in my house. We have had four mice last 2-3 months.y We caught two with sticky pads but the last two escaped the pads, either got away or chewed up the pad and got off. The Exterminator came and put traps inside and outside my house. Five days later nothing happened so I called to reschedule and they gave me an appointment four days later.

In the meantime i went on Nextdoor and my neighbors advised me on how to get the the mice. On the rescheduled day the exterminator said he was sick and asked me to reschedule a third appointment. I trapped them myself with instructions from my neighbors on Nextdoor, and asked to cancel the appointment and give me a refund since they had not helped me, I asked them to pick up the traps as they were not useful to me, they picked them up in less than one hour.

Now 10 days later, no refund and when i call the business i get no answer snd i get no response to my messages. Arrow exterminators is a poor company that does poor work and lies and do not carry through with their promises I would never use them again I would be cautious using any other exterminator company.

I have used 3 different lawn care companies in the last 4 years. Full dis closure, I used to be in the business so my expectations are high. and Arrow have done THE best job and I no plans switch companies again! Nice work! Service: Weed control

Thirty+ days post treatment for bed bugs and things are going good so far. Thanks to Eli for developing a remediation plan and to Robert and his tech crew for applying it. They were very professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend Arrow Exterminators. Service: Bed bug extermination
