A Plus Pest Control

I would never receive an invoice for services then would get a call saying my account was overdue. I'd request another invoice but never get it then get another call from them saying they sent the invoice on _____ day. I did not receive all the services I paid for because they would just schedule a day, send a text and if you cancelled that day through the text they would reschedule you for another day without verifying with you. I would not recommend this place. Unprofessional scheduling and services.

I have been a customer for 2 years. My first year of service was ok but then new management took over and service has been fantastic. I can tell they have high expectations and if something isn't right they do not make excuses, they come and correct it quickly. I highly recommend A+ Pest Control! I worked here. This was a good company till Mr Ellerd took over. 25 employees have left so its not stable in employees and he has upped the pricing. I was treated horribly after being there 2 and 1/2 years and have given a lot. This manager doesn't have much compassion for this employees or customers. Please use another pest control company Do not support this company. Thunder Pest Control OR Moxie is probably a better choice.

By the way THIS IS AN ORKIN COMPANY AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE NOT. ITS A TACTIC TO GET PEOPLE/CUSTOMERS TO SIGN UP WITHOUT KNOWING ITS ORKIN SO that being said they lie. What does this say.?

Have used them for several years. This time we called for Scorpions they came out the next day sprayed and haven't seen 1 since the guys are super nice and very helpful

I have been with A+ for many years. Up until two years Ago the service was very good. I was told that they sold out to Orkin. The lady on the phone today said that was not true. Honestly I don't believe her. I hope that everybody that has their service needs to watch everything they do. If you're not there they might do it or not. I have received the bill on the front door ever since they started with them.

The last service we did not get a bill and the lady is non-stop calling for the money. I talk to the guy again today and he promised me it would be better and I agreed with him that it could not be much worse. After a little while I had thought about it more and I called and canceled my service. I told them to make sure and tell accounting to send me a final bill saying that I was paid in full.

I have been paying for years to have the termite bait trap inspection and I've never seen them open one yet. I ask about getting some money back and it was excuse after excuse after excuse. I finally told them I was done and I'm going elsewhere but I urge everybody to watch your bills and watch there service because you will be next. All I ask for is what I pay for. They have failed miserably

I have used this company for years to spray around the outside of my house every 3 months and rarely had any problems. Only a couple of times in the past year did I notice that they would ring my doorbell, which is a Ring Doorbell, see nobody is home then leave without spraying. When I used my ring doorbell video to see if they had sprayed around my front door, I noticed the truck was gone and nothing had been sprayed. Due to this happening a couple times I had to cancel my service. They need to hire more professional people then just kids.

Full disclosure: I am a former employee of 8+ years who recently left due to the direction the company is going. Basically their parent company Orkin is turning it into a clone of their regular branches, which means corporate profit is more important than people (both customers and employees). They are more interested in quoting outrageous prices for services you probably don't need than taking care of your issues at hand.

We've used them for a couple of years now, service has been okay. Recently we signed up for the summer mosquito treatments. Our yard has been treated three times and as I'm writing this I'm sitting outside and getting eaten alive, so I would say don't waste your money.

I chose A+ Pest Control for a one time treatment of army worms due to recommendations and it was by far one of the worst experiences with a pest control company. They were more expensive, unaccommodating, and extremely unprofessional. I was never notified of their visit except the notifications from my security cameras and even then I saw the man only sprayed about half my yard.

I never received invoice of their visit and have since received many phone calls for an "outstanding balance" so to say I am super irritated and disappointed is an understatement. There are far better pest control locations in the OKC metro and I would never recommend A+. I should have taken more due diligence when selecting them.

Excellent service! My mom is elderly and had a problem with ants. Not only did they take care of that issue for her, but they noticed she had a lot of cobwebs above her front door, and they removed those as well as a wasp nest that was up there. I cannot say enough good things about them for going above and beyond what they were even called out there to do. The guys who went out there were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
