I was working when the agent came so I wasn't able to answer the door, but he could probably hear me, so he hollered out letting me know he was here to check for rodents. As soon as I got off the phone, I acknowledged him. He was very polite and professional. My dog didnt even bark at him. He told me there is no sign of mice. I was happy to here that. I am very pleased with the service I have received. Thanks a bunch.

We have been using The Killer for years and they have been great to work with and if we have any problems they will come back over and take care of it asap. We were due to have our quarterly checkup in a couple of weeks, but then we noticed that we were having a problem with ants and I gave them a call and they were able to get us scheduled for the next day it was great service. They did a complete job of the area we wanted done. Used them last year a had great results. They show up when they say they'll be there and get right to the job! First, I have to say The Killers go far above and beyond the standards of professionalism I have experienced here on the Central Oregon Coast. We had an unfortunate rodent problem as a result of a poor installation process performed by another company from Newport. The day this company departed my property is the day we acquired a rodent problem. The Killers sent out each and every representative at their disposal - including a local manager to solve my problem.

They looked at every inch of my house to find points of entry and exit for our unwelcome rodent guests. They got the job done! They are fast, they are friendly, they listen to every detail of your problem, they are effective, they are highly knowledgeable, and they are highly professional. Despite the circumstances by which we were forced to meet, The Killers have been absolutely outstanding in their performance with my personal needs. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pest control problem. They get the job done!

Scott is really good at his trade, he seems passionate about it. He called me before arriving to give me a heads up when his ETA. Once he arrived he put on shoe covering before entering the house. He had me point out any problem areas and he explained in detail what he was going to do. He answered all of my questions then began to work. After he was finished he came to see me to explain what he'd found and what he did this first round.

We have been on a yearly plan with The Killers for years. We recommend them to family, friends and clients. We have a little over an acre of land, so there are plenty of places rodents and insects like to try and make their home. Brian is our technician and I cannot tell you how much we appreciate his attention to detail, his ability to explain what he is looking for and what we should watch for is just an added bonus. Brian also loves our dogs, another huge bonus.

Jordan came out to our home today to help with our rat issue. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He answered all of our questions and was so thoughtful when placing traps. We have two dogs and it was a primary concern for us to make sure our dogs don't get into the traps or ahold of the rats that get caught. He put our mind at ease and explained how the traps work and how they are safe for our dogs. I would recommend Jordan and The Killers service to anyone needing pest or rodent remediation.

Matt does an incredible job. He patiently answers all our questions after doing a thorough inspection and preforming our service. He calls ahead to let us know when he is coming and when here first deals with our concerns before doing the required service and then answering any questions we may have. Randal did the initial inspection and was friendly and knowledgeable. As a result, I decided to sign up with them for annual service. They were also very flexible with scheduling and able to provide me with several different options that were most convenient for me.

I used this Killer pest control company today. A gentleman named Randall came out to my house and did an inspection. I thought I may have rodents but it turned out to be squirrels. Randall explain to me that the squirrels need to be extricated by the wildlife extraction company. Randall was very educated and informative. I appreciate Randall's professionalism and politeness. Randall arrived in a very timely manner. They came the same day I called.

Very professional. They couldn't help me because my "pests" had cute fluffy tails, so they gave me a referral to a company that could, and didn't charge me, which was beyond my expectation.

I hired one company he promised me the moon owner operator and I had ants for 10 days after whatever he did then he went on vacation and I couldn't even reach him to come out so I hired the killers first day got rid of ants haven't seen one since in like two weeks professional responsive I can't say enough good things so far I'm very happy and I checked with 20 other companies before I had these guys I'm glad I did my research

Gus was a very nice person. He waited for us to arrive as there was a mix up on the time and we had to drive from Albany to Salem. He was thorough and informative on what needed to be done and wrote up our agreement right then and there and scheduled the first treatment for the following week. This was a great experience. The company was able to come out right away and we are happy with the results.

So far we've had your service for 3 weeks and still haven't caught the critter. David was the first representative to come out to our house to evaluate what's required to rid us of our unwanted guests. David built the scope of work along with the proposal that seemed to be a fair price. David was personable yet thorough in the discovery phase.

A week later the actual technician, Brian, showed up to perform the installation of the blockade to prevent them from crawling in through the vent holes in the foundation and elsewhere. 2 weeks later Brian came by to determine if the traps and bait had worked. It hadn't caught anything so he changed some of the traps, added others. A week later, yesterday, Brian came back to determine if the unwanted guests had been caught in a trap but once again NADA.

We wait some more. Brian is always here when he says he'll be here. He's professional and calls each time shortly before he shows up. We appreciate Brian and everything he's done. We have to give him an A for effort and we're looking forward to the time when we no longer have critters in the house.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. They take care of every pest! They have great customer service and professional and friendly technicians and I can always count on them to take care of me! * Paul is great!

We have been so impressed with the Killers team. Their dispatchers in the office are always friendly and helpful while the service techs are thorough and kind. We could not be more grateful for their services year round!

My mice are gone, but for $1,000/yr the service is extremely subpar. No one ever calls you to set up an appointment, they wait for you to call them, but they don't tell you this piece of information. They were great at first, coming out every week for a month, until the mice were gone. But after that I never see them. They would show up unannounced so they were only able to check the outside traps.

The spiders are out of control, and I've had to make 2 extra calls to get them out here and the spiders are still everywhere! In my bedroom, my plants, and even found one in my purse. Would not recommend this company. I'm a single mom and first time home owner and feel like I was taken advantage of.

Victor came out and I have had really wonderful experiences with basically everyone with this company. Victor was one of the first techs that ever came to service our house over a year ago and he never disappoints! All around the killers have amazing people that are kind, courteous, and fair. I would recommend them :) Also, the burning question, our rodent and insect issues have drastically reduced compared to before their service.

Still have some spurts here and there (mainly seasonally) but they are super responsive to coming out and helping if there are any issues! Appreciate the wonderful staff from the Salem and Portland locations that have come out. They also helped to educate us, of what is needed on our end, to help reduce issues, great service.

The Killers are fantastic. Paul came out to visit us and instantly diagnosed our problem and worked with us to create a plan of attack. Well it worked, as by his next visit, the number of pest sightings had dropped and the few things we did see (like a bunch of dead ants) was exactly what he was hoping for. When we first bought our house we were dealing with a lot of pest issues and things we just weren't used to dealing with.

The Killers have been helping us and its been great. Paul has been thorough, helpful and super friendly. I recommend them to anyone who has pest issues. Plus, their company name is just plain awesome. Recommended!

ALWAYS professional and precise! Having the Killers service our home every 3 months was the best decision. We've NEVER had a problem in the 7 years we've lived here! The ppl who owned our house before us had all kinds of rodent and bug problems!

Randal did a very good job of telling us what was going on in our crawl space and he said the boss would decide what if anything they would be able to do. Problem is I never heard from Randal or his boss and that has been a couple days ago. I called the office today and was told I would get a response by the end of today.never heard a thing.

These guys are the best. Punctual, professional, thorough. Great communication and highly effective at what they do. I would absolutely recommend.

I am Very disappointed! Paid for Ant elimination up front $495.00 and they have been out 4 times in less than 2 months with No results! Will not refund my money! After two calls today, manager hung up on me telling me "have a nice day". This is after my Kitchen was overrun with Ants again today. Products not working and I still have same problem I started with. Next step is to report to Better Business Bureau

Bad customer experience. I will never deal with them again. They told me to call them between the quarterly treatments and they will do complementary spray. They charged me for a complementary treatment 3 months later. I called them and they were rude and did not want to remove the charge. I will never use them again. on top of it they sprayed a couple of times and I still had ants showing up two weeks later.

During a home inspection mouse droppings were noted in my crawl space. I contacted The Killers and Marshall came out the following day To vacuum the area and set traps. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services.

Quick, on time, and damn are they good at getting rid of pests. This is the company all the locals in the area will tell you to use

I had the killers come out in July and unfortunately it didn't kill the pest problem in my home. They guarantee their work so I called them about 3-4 weeks later to come back out, confirmed it would be a free "Re-spray" and they did. The ant problem went away but our spider issue is still VERY active. Today I look on my credit card statement and they charged me $108!

I called to find out what the deal was and they said I signed up for quarterly service. When I originally had them come out I was offered quarterly service but told the guy I would like to see how it goes first before I commit. He told me no problem they will call you in the next quarter and ask you if you want us to come out and if you do they will charge you for the visit. NO ONE CALLED ME.

I get them on the phone and they say that since they came back out the considered that my next service! WHAT? Umm that was a free Re spray and I even specifically asked if I would be charged and was told I wouldn't be. Basically they will charge you even when they say it is free and they just want you to get on their program so they can keep charging you even though the spraying hasn't done anything about my pest problem other than the ants. USE ANOTHER COMPANY! I called my credit card company to dispute the charge so we shall see how it goes.

I don't think so! They do not do what they tell you. The man that came out did not go under the house he looked from standing above the crawl space under the house. I paid extra for a screen, when agreeing to the contract, which I was told I would get a copy in email. I did get one after I said I wanted to cancel, it does show a grace period.

They do not honor the grace period. They will just turn you into collections when and if you cancel service. They never put the screen on. They are not worth the money. You would be better off getting traps and doing this yourself.

After trying multiple companies to rid our house of those stink bugs, they just seemed to get worst. Then I called Killers and the bugs vanished by 90% in a few days, now the house is rid of them completely. they are always kind and professional. Great job! Definitely recommend, Btw if you look at some of the 1 star ratings on this Company, you will notice most complaints are due to not understanding the contract. And a few of these people have mostly negative reports in their reviews of other companies. *Guess I just don't like injustice.

Best service ever. We had a pretty large issue with unwanted rodents renting the crawl space area of our house. I tried a few things on my own but couldn't get any results. Then I contacted these guys, they setup a set of traps and baits and within 1 month our problem was gone! They came to check multiple times. Their service was worth every penny. I recommend this service very much. Needless to say, I fired my cat!
