I had no hope that I would find someone to come out promptly for a home inspection required for sale of house. Swanson's provide prompt service and thorough inspection. I called a week ago, they came out and inspected my home and outdoors areas for RATS. They said there IS a rat infestation and the would call property owner to discuss what steps to take, neither the property owner or I have gotten a call back, yet!

I thought I had bed bugs and had 5 different companies come out. Troy spent about 45 minutes thoroughly checking my bedroom. Another company came just after Troy was wrapping and said he is an excellent technician. After this really through look for bed bugs he answered some questions I had about a possible return of rats under my house. I am sold on Swansons!

This is the very best pest control company in the Eugene area. I have not worked with all the competition, but I worked with a few as a property agent in the area. Swanson's has great customer service and is really attentive to their customers! If you have pests, they Will fix the issue! We highly recommend them!

Just received a nasty phone call from the owner of this company. She said she " just received a phone call from my land lord and we are not behind that Loyd is right on spot " and then hung up on me" I was shocked I worked in pest control for a long time and would never talk like that to a customer. I guess I just the tenant in this case and not the person paying. I will be cancelling the this service. Not a good way to talk to people. Zero customer service.

These guys do an excellent job. The technician the treats my cabin goes above and beyond and there is excellent communication as well. As a result I never have any problem with mice or bugs at my cabin.

I just tried to call and spoke to a female agent over the phone. I explained that I had a problem and was looking for immediate help and was wondering what their schedule looked like. She asked what city I was in (even though I called the Eugene number) then promptly sent me to a voicemail. Gee, thanks for caring about prompt customer service and trying to help me remedy my problem. Not a great start. I will look elsewhere.

From how knowledgeable they are to response time and everything in between, I am so impressed with their level of service. First off the office staff was so helpful. They transferred me to Troy who then came to my home and did a thorough inspection and found problems I didnt even know I had. Very reasonable prices. They even come once a month to sweep my spiderwebs out of my house and garage! Big thumbs up for Swanson's.

SWANSONS DOES NOT PROVIDE EXCLUSION REPAIR SERVICE AS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. They're entire company only has one technician that does the MOST USEFUL AND IMPORTANT SERVICE on their entire business and he is "out with a bad back". Extremely lazy in my opinion. I highly suggest you stay clear of this business. I called their number advertised on their website for the Roseburg area.

A receptionist answered my call like I had dialed the wrong number. After explaining the signs of pest issues in my home, I was transferred to the field worker. I redundantly explained the situation again. The service-manager/field-technician was polite and pleasant to talk to at this time. We had arranged an appointment the following day for a "assessment".

The technician arrived ahead of schedule which I appreciated. He stated he was going to walk the perimeter of my home to investigate what services would be needed. This is when I was convinced Swanson's Pest Management was not for me. The technician explained that the shrubbery on the side of my home, a crawl space underneath a deck, and tree branches that overhang my roof provided risk factors for repeated rodent infestation.

This seemed like a reasonable possibility, except he stated that those conditions were grounds for him to be unable to successfully take care of the rodent problem. Since Swanson's provides no exclusion services (pest entry point prevention and repair), they are reduced to glorified trap setters. The technician had informed me that pest would dig underneath my foundation and get under the crawl space, so there was little hope of a permanent solution unless I personally make the exclusion repairs and then call back.

I informed the technician that he was incorrect about the possibility of pest getting under my foundation and/or "getting in the pipes", and he proceeded to condescendingly tell me I was wrong. He walked me to the location of interest to show me what he was talking about and I pointed out the foundation is obviously a solid slab. He was unable to explain how pest would invade my living space through a solid slab foundation.

It was obvious that his "inspection" involved little to no attention to detail. I explained that the problem area I would like to be treated was my attic. He could not provide any solution that did not involve putting my pets at risk of death through poisoning. The technician explicitly stated Swanson's did not provide any non-lethal pest removal that would not put my pets life at risk.

I was quoted $330 for a bi-weekly visit for 6 weeks. Swanson's wanted to charge me $110 for three visits for a solution that put my pets life at risk and with a guarantee that the problem would not be solved. Swanson's state that they are. ". leaders in the field of Pest Management because of our high standards and a reputation for excellence in service. We offer our customers great service at reasonable prices!" Yeah, sure.
