My Service Technician, Jay, was OUTSTANDING!. Jay was professional, polite and did a complete and thorough job for my annual termite inspection. Action Termite has been my service provider for over a 13 years because their service is the absolute BEST! I hired Action Termite and Pest Control as a termite exterminator when I discovered termites under the back porch.The technician came and inspected and found them a few other places. He drilled and sprayed around the entire house foundation. In a few weeks he returned for an inspection and determined there were no more termites.

When I first contacted them their sales person was at my home within the hour and arrangements for a trap to be set was done immediately. Initially Vic updated me on all they were doing and had accomplished. Then, daily Javier and Joe continued the great service and when the job was completed they checked all around my home to make sure everything was secure and safe. I would highly recommend this service.

I've been using Action for at least 5 years and have been more than satisfied with their service. They arrive on time, are fairly priced, and while it's rarely needed, they respond quickly if called to re-treat. My last pest control service was done by AJ. He was professional, respectful and extremely thorough. I was so impressed that I've requested him for all my service treatments.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I have used them for years and they never disappoint! Always there when they are supposed to be, go above and beyond to address any issues I may be having, follow up with me to check on my status after treatment. Vic is exceptionally knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service, the guy brought in my trash cans as he walked up my driveway for my consultation!

I would recommend Action Termite & Pest Control to anyone experiencing pest and termite issues! We had mice, ant, and bird issues all within a couple of days. We called Action Pest Control for help and not only did they quickly send the most courteous young man, Xavier, who listened to our concerns first, took a survey of our issues, and explained his plan thoroughly, but our problems were solved immediately. The customer service is great. I love calling them or even by email. Since i am working with them i actually started with Rebecca then now Alicia for quite some time now with the bed bugs division and i have to say that since i am working with Alicia i have no problems. She responds to my emails quick which i love. Always have an answer and if she doesn't she will get the answer i want to hear.
Always willing to help me the best way she can. I know i speak with most of them at the office when i call and they all very polite and professional but Alicia is my favorite person to work with. Cannot complaint at all. Keep up the good work Alicia.

We have used Action Termite and Pest Control for over 20 years at my place of employment. They are always available and always treat the problem with professionalism. Justin has been serving us for over 5 years and we couldn't ask for more. He's ALWAYS friendly, professional and gets to the root of the problem.
