Since moving to Middletown in 2017 I have been using terminator. My service technician Steve always performs his tasks with the utmost professionalism and respect for me and my property. He also answers any of my questions and handled all my concerns for my pets. I am more than satisfied with the service and respect we get from Steve and terminator.

I have used Terminator for many years and have been highly satisfied with my quarterly service. We have our ant problem under control, and haven't seen any other insects or pests due to their diligence in ensuring my service is thorough. They are very easy to schedule with, thanks to Tracy who proactively contacts us each quarter for service. It is great to have Sergio back, as he is knowledgeable and responsive! Steve is pleasant and experienced and has been terrific each visit. Brian is a great addition to the team. They have never missed an appointment and are always on time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I would actually give no stars. The manager has terrible manners with the Esterminater Steve that left my home screaming about my daughter and my dogs( so unprofessional ) plus not believing me that I had ants and mice at my home. They ask me to take a picture because I guess they probably didn't want to waist there products or who knows. All I know I payed for a year service unlimited and I live in my home so when I say there's something going on is because I seeing them.
