We trap wildlife and relocate the animal away from our customers' properties. We pursue the offending animal using clean, sanitized traps filled with natural bait foods, and then remotely release the animal into an environment that is safe for them. Typically we relocate raccoons, skunks, bats, possums, and other pests.
Level Pest Control offers three ways to service your property for bed bugs. The first way is the conventional method of steaming all your furniture with a hot vapor steamer and vacuuming all visible bed bugs with a power vacuum. We also spray the perimeter of the bedrooms and living room. We don't focus too much on the bathrooms and kitchens because there are hard surfaces in there. People don't spend too much time in the bathrooms and kitchens so the main emphasis will be the living room and bedrooms.

I have been using the services of Top Level Pest Control since the Fall of 2011 when they successfully trapped and removed the squirrel that had arrived to share my home. Max, the proprietor, was knowledgeable and efficient in setting up the traps. The technicians who checked and replaced the bait in the traps (daily) accomodated my work schedule.
Although the experience of having a squirrel sharing my home was not pleasant, everything about the service offered was pleasant. Since 2012 I have had Top Level Pest Control do an annual survey of my home for evidence of mice and squirrels and placing bait for mice in my basement and some kitchen areas.

Max and his team have been taking care of our 5-family house for several years now. He responds super-promptly whenever we reach out, and works with the schedules of our tenants to find a time that works. My experience with Top level was perfect from beginning to end! Max was so professional, prompt, and thorough in completing the job. When ever I called with a concern, he made himself available.
