I live in a Coop at 828 Pelhamdale Avenue in New Rochelle. Louis has been our exterminator for years now. He is Excellent! Always on time, very courteous and most of all does a great job and is extremely thorough! We had Louis twice a month and now have him once a month and another person once a month on a Saturday between 2 and 5. I find that ridiculous. We all want Louis back 2 mornings a week. He is, by far the best we've had through the 16 years that I've lived here!

We were in search of a pest control company and came upon Suburban searching the internet. We used the company for a few services regarding mice in a tenant's apartment. The situation seemed like it did not get better and we reached out to Suburban. We were upset about the recurring rodents. We reached out to them several times regarding the issue.

Minus one star if allowed, I had accounts with this company for 16 years and the following just occurred! 1. The office told me my apt was from 10-2 at 2:30 no show I called they changed my apt time without notification. 2. The tech called I told him call me when you are outside - I will come meet you. He opened my shut gate and drove onto my driveway just sealed.
Parking was across the street. He ruined my driveway! My gates where closed! By the way after he pulled he parked across the street! 3. I spoke with the owner Ken he told me it's my issue, after 16 years of paying and being a loyal customer. Please see how his company left my house! I never changed the apportionment that is lie! I live on a residential street you man parked with out issue after he ruined my driveway.
Again should channel 12 news do a story of your unethical behavior? Yet after you tech damaged my house you still have not made one offer to fix this! No one should use your company with this type of customer service!

Wilfredo is terrific, he is very knowledgeable, and responsible. With every interaction he has been extremely professional and always friendly. Suburban Pest Management charged me $875 for the installation of the Sentricon Termite Baiting System for the perimeter of my house including a one year contract. At the end of the first year, they have only been out one time after the initial installation and now, want me to renew for this year at a rate of $295 to ensure no lapse in coverage that could "cost hundreds of dollars. for reinstatement" of an assumed termite bond.
I called and was told they only come out twice per year. When I asked a Sentricon Rep about the frequency the traps should be checked, he said monthly for the first year, then less frequently. I wish I would earn $150/visit to look at bait traps and not spray/treat the property. There are other reputable services that charge much less per anum. Caveat emptor. FYI, DYI kits cost 1/3 the cost of Sentricon, who sells only to licensed contractors/pest control agencies - so they can mark it up a "bit".

Our cooperative, The Parkview in Ossining, has been using Suburban for several years and Luis has been our technician. I would like to create another review in continuation of my last. I was contacted by the company regarding the incident that occurred with my money being stolen and was informed that they had continued into the investigation and felt bad about what occurred and wanted to make it right. I was then told to make it right, they were going to give back the money that was taken.
I could feel tears building in my eyes and in that one moment felt such a feeling of gratitude and appreciation. Thank you for fixing this situation and doing what is right. Suburban Pest Control has made this one memorable holiday season for me. I am beyond appreciative.

This company was brought in by my management company for bed bug service back on Sept 26. I called the company and spoke to a woman named Carmen who after explaining my situation to her she gave me directions on how to prep my apt for treatment. "If you have mattress and box spring protectors you have to remove them yourself before the exterminators get there".
I did as instructed and spoke to the workers who came that day as they inspected. I told them what I had found and bagged then asked if they wanted to see my evidence which was castings and droppings. I don't know their names, but they both said no. They came and sprayed my apt and told me as they were leaving they didn't find anything but did find bed bug droppings.
Second treatment exactly 2 weeks later the exterminator came and said he didn't see anything. I explained to him what I had found 2 weeks prior and that because of the tenant upstairs renting out rooms nobody could gain access to inspect. He said back then that was evidence but currently I was clear with no sign of bed bugs. Now here I am after speaking to my rental management because of what looks like blood droppings after my super came to fix my sink I found out this company told my management company I didn't have any bed bugs that there we NO signs.
I called Carmen again spoke to her she said the exterminators on both visits nothing was found. If they had checked the mattress and box spring covers that I asked them to they would've seen my proof and I would be able to get my service from my management company because STILL we are getting bites and finding droppings!

ABSOLUTELY horrible. Do not recommend. We found bedbugs in our place back in June. they were so unprofessional didn't even come to inspect. We were sprayed FOUR times and they never went away. Each time they were over an hour late from their 3 hour time frame they gave us. We had to call them to see if they were still coming. Gave us the run around every time saying 20 more minutes.
They never steamed just sprayed. After the 4th time and we found bed bugs in the trap the woman we were working with didn't even call us back she responded in an email and basically said we were wrong. SOOO unprofessional we had to now go to a new pest place to remove them. It's been 5 months and still have bed bugs. Do not use them

Professional and personable team to solve pest control issues. We use a yearly contract to best serve the problems of different seasons. With Suburban its easy to reach someone, schedule appointment, have them confirmed, and be assured they will be on time. We started using Suburban two years ago to combat an ant problem. At first they were great. However, they have gotten progressively worse - in the worst ways a pest business can decline. 1) not solving our ant problem 2) sending rude technicians to my home. Louis, is the absolute worst. we had to boot him out of our house today because of aggressiveness and rudeness. Maybe he's been inhaling the fumes of the chemicals he uses. Regardless we're done.
