Best pest control company I've ever used. After using other companies that were ineffective, I turned to Nuborn and they did not disappoint! I use them to service my 7 rentals in both Westchester and the city. The technicians are very knowledgeable anytime I asked a question. The office reps are also super friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time to discuss, advise and walk me through what I need. Excellent service at a fair price.

Carlos was so helpful and really thorough. He answered all of my questions and payed extra attention to each area I expressed concern. He also found a few holes that we never would have caught and gave some great prevention tips for other seasons. We feel much more at ease after his visit. Highly recommend! My representative, Carlos, was FANTASTIC. Super professional, very thorough, and REALLY patient. I am petrified of mice - and yesterday one scurried across my counter top and behind the wall. After a few minutes of Carlos inspecting the space, It was pretty clear how the mouse got onto the countertop, where it disappeared to, and that is was already gone.

Despite that, I was was still really freaked out- and to help assure me, Carlos went above and beyond. He checked every nook and cranny of my apartment (I mean EVERY nook and cranny- pulling out my oven, the dishwasher, dishwasher, checking the water connections to the dishwasher, sink, and washer/dryer, looking behind the washer dryer, in between my sliding doors, inspecting the radiator, etc.). NuBorn Pest is lucky to have an employee like Carlos!

I saw the exterminator, his name Teddy in the building of my apartment. I was on my way out as he was working. I asked him if he could wait for me as I had to run down and run an errand. 10 minutes later he was waiting for me in front of my door. He was very polite and professional mask and all. He washed his hands and was very nice to my dog! I highly recommend. He was helpful, informative, and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks teddy!

I saw a cockroach in my NYC apartment and our property manager sent out NuBorn to treat our place. Teddy was our technician and he was great! He kindly texted me prior ensuring I was available for the time he would be arriving and was there on time. While treating our apartment I had many questions to feel assured for the future. Teddy was patient with me and thoughtfully explained what he was doing, how it would help, and answered any other questions I had to the best of his experiences and knowledge. He was sure to cover all of the premise with bait gel and spray. Additionally, he had no problem touching on areas I asked him to examine. Thank you Teddy!

Teddy & team have been great! They call before they arrive to inform us when they are coming to service. When they arrive they are attentive and listen to our concerns. Teddy from NuBorn is one of the most attentive and courteous workers in my building. He does an incredible job with mice & roaches and stops by frequently to ensure everything is up to par. I can't explain how comforting it is to not have to worry about these issues, especially being on the first floor of my building. If you're looking for reliable pest control, they are definitely the go-to!

Excellent service. Quick, knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful. Teddy asked detailed questions about my problem and asked if anyone in the home had issues such as asthma before he started because he didn't want anyone to have any issues with the spray treatment. He has great customer service and people skills and cares about the job he's doing. He's a definite asset to the company and he did an awesome job.

Writing reviews for an exterminator definitely isn't the easiest thing to do. Normally when you have to get an exterminator it's a pretty terrible situation. With Nuborn it was the exact opposite. They made it so easy and seem less. I called them on a Tuesday about a bug problem at my business and they came in Thursday and handled the job.

The gentleman I dealt with was very professional and very nice. He explained to me that the water bugs were coming up through our drains and that our place was in fact not dirty at all. He assured me we had nothing to worry about heading forward Normally in this situation exterminators act like they couldn't give 2 craps about you. I was very surprised by how easy the entire situation was. Two thumbs up for NuBorn!

Thank you to Carlos from NuBorn for coming and "securing the perimeter!" Couldn't have been a nicer guy. Very thorough and conscientious. Would definitely use them again -- but hopefully won't need to!

We didn't have a choice in the company as our landlord dictated it, but they were incredible! came when scheduled, gave us enough information to make us feel confident that the problem had been treated, and gave us good guidance on followup to make sure we didn't have a recurrent bug problem. THE BEST.

My landlord hired NuBorn Pest to treat my apartment building for a pest issue. Unfortunately, the treatment process appears to have ruined the upholstery on my couch. I was hoping that NuBorn Pest would do the right thing to fully rectify the issue.
