Spears Environmental Inc Pest

Our home in Crestview was coming up for Termite prevention renewal and the company we used informed us that they had switched to using Sentricon as their new method. I am familiar with Sentricon, but for various reasons did not feel that it was the right product for us. I wanted to still use Termidor for termite prevention. Contacted Spears and was informed that they still use Termidor and I asked for a technician to come out and give us a quote for treatment. Brad Grant showed up at the scheduled time and was very pleasant and professional.

He inspected the property and then provided a quote and I immediately scheduled him for the Termidor termite prevention treatment. Brad arrived early for the scheduled appt and treated the property with minimal disruption to area surrounding our home. Thanks Brad and thanks Spears for the great service. Spears is awesome. They always show up when they say they will show up which is a rarity here in Niceville. The only reason I'm even discontinuing my service is because were moving out of the area; literally it took me selling my house for me to stop using her services. If you need pest control don't hesitate just call spears.

Recently returned to the Crestview area after being gone for 2-3 years. I had no problem knowing what company I would choose. Spears had served us well so of course that who I called. Brad came and did our initial treatment and our exterior booster. We will continue with quarterly service with Spears - and with Brad! He's top-notch!

Very friendly staff. They are also as accommodating as possible! Had a couple techs come out and spray for some very stubborn ants. Initially they wouldn't go away and eventually moved to my sons room. I made a call to Spears again and Derrick came out as soon as he heard my son had ants in his bed. He very thoroughly checked throughout my home to see what the issue was.

When I say he put in work to make sure this wasn't going to be an issue again, I mean he put in work! Since he's been here I haven't had an ant issue again! Not only did he do his job well, he also sent me a couple messages to make sure I didn't see the ants and new him to come out again. I love that he checked behind his work to make sure my house was free of bugs. Spears, you have a great worker with Derrick!

I have used Spears for my regular pest control for a few years. They have been good to work with and their prices are reasonable. They do their best to accommodate my schedule and Derrick is knowledgable and prompt with our service. He always lets me know when he's on his way and always locks the gate behind him when he's done. They are an easy company to work with. I would highly recommend them!
