These guys were fantastic! I was dealing with brown sugar ants inside and they did a full treatment on my home and took care of it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Their technician was very thorough and took his time so I'm very glad that I was able to sign up. Corinthian did a great job. I explained my problem and he put product inside and outside the house. I expect to see improvement in a couple of weeks. Other neighbors were concerned about giving their credit card in advance for this service. I'm trusting that this company is going to do a good job. I'll keep this post updated through all the service.

Wes stopped at our house yesterday and I was impressed with his professionalism as he pointed out all the issues we had w bees nesting in our eaves, and other insects all over the place. Christian came by today and sprayed for ants, bugs, bees, etc. he was here for nearly 2 hours, very thorough and willing to explain the entire process to me. So far I am happy w the service. We purchased the 1 year plan, and so have a few families in our new subdivision.

I used this service for one calendar year, excellent pest control! Here's the not so great, I attempted to cancel service as we were moving to a new home, THEY WOULD NOT CANCEL SERVICE. I called multiple times, talked to multiple people and they would not cancel the service. One of their employees came to our new home and attempted to service it.
I politely asked him to leave and said "WE DO NOT NEED YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE". so he stood in my driveway for 5 minutes and I get a $100.00 bill in the mail a week later. After 2 months of arguing with customer service over this bill issued in bad faith, they sent it to collections rather than closing our account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I agreed to give this company a try. They came out and treated my yard and my insect problem isn't any better. I was told that I could cancel at anytime. Little did I know that I signed a service agreement. I encountered a financial issue due to medical issues. When I call they said you can cancel but you will be charged cancellation fees that totaled around $320.
If I can't pay for the service due to medical issues how do I pay for a cancellation fee I didn't not know I owed because I didn't not know I signed an agreement. It took me a month to get someone to talk to me on the phone about cancelling service to begin with (I called multiple times) and when I did the customer service person was condescending and continued to try and sell me a service that didn't work in the first place and knew I had no funding to continue service.
They said the service was cancelled and they sent me the bill immediately for the cancellation. Funny how their costumer service is on top of sending you the bill when you cancel but when you need them any other time there is no response. I will definitely be reaching out to my neighbors about this company to make sure they are aware of their dishonest practices.

Don't give these people any money! They will just want more, go back on their word and than blame you for it when you are unhappy with their services. The door to door reps that work for them are cons. Did not give me complete information, only told me what i wanted to hear. I signed up and paid $ 200 and they changed the service agreement for my home Greedy door to door salesman pitching me a home care package that I don't need, despite the fact I listed him my concerns.
He assured me the company could handle any of my concerns with the package he offered me. Technicians in my home 1st visit, services were incomplete untill I reminded them what to do several times even though they 'have it in their notes' 1 tech walked into my dinning room and instead of spraying got out his phone for a moment than wnet to leave the room so I had to tell him to go back and he said he already did the room but he did it again ' for good meansure' which was dishonest because he thought i was not paying attention while I cared for my child but I was. 2nd visit I'm told they cant help me unless I pay 250$ more, after i already signed a $400 contract.
I email the company. Threaten to cancel my contract. I received all the offices forwarded emails about me, and how 'i seem like a person who will be unhappy about anything no just your crap service and excuses. Refused to give them any more money because none of my issues are.being handled correctly. Still sugarants coming in. Still wasps in my tree and inside my deck umbrella. No less pests observed after 2 of the 4 treatments. Pick.someone else. I don't think they even have anything in those spray cans.

If I could give zero stars I 100% would do so. These guys came to my house to sell me the service. I agreed because they offered a good deal. I had noticed spiders outside and they provide flea service and I have dogs. So I scheduled my appointment for June 1st from 10-12. I cleared my morning to be here and no one showed up so I left at 12:15. Later, I noticed a sign saying they had come at 12:05pm, the time was not true bc I was here.
Apparently the sprayed the front yard but didn't have access to the back or inside. So after I returned form a vacation, there were spiders inside bc they had to leave the sprayed front yard area. So, I called again to reschedule. On Friday, I spoke with Kyrie who scheduled me for Monday 11-1. I again, cleared my day. When 12pm rolled around and they weren't here I called to verify they were coming.
The rep told me I was scheduled for the 26th?!?!? That's not what I was told. She transferred me back to Kyrie who repeatedly tried to reschedule due to the "miscommunication". I repeated that I no longer trust their ability to do the job correctly and I simply want to cancel my agreement. He told me that I signed a one year contract and there will be charges.
I explained that it was ridiculous that I had to hold up my end of the contract if they didn't have to hold up their end. I asked again for a supervisor and was put on hold again. Kyrie came back on and said that they cancelled me. I asked for a confirmation email. He agreed. I still haven't received it (ten mins have passed) so we will see if they try to charge me for the service I did not receive.

I have always had great technicians, and last week Josh was no exception. He has been to our home before and is always so friendly & professional. He takes time to answer questions and addresses concerns prior to leaving. My only suggestion is that Insight change the way the technicians get the $10 bonus. I have tried to leave a review for Josh this last week several times and the comment site was "unavailable", so I wrote to the corporate office and explained that Josh should get recognition.
They redirected me to post on Yelp or Angie's List. I told them that I have already posted on Yelp last year and that Yelp is not meant for quarterly postings by the same reviewer. I think you should be able to contact your local Insight company and either give feedback or a survey. These technicians work hard in all types of weather and with a smile. They deserve recognition without the customer having to jump through several hoops. Please consider my suggestion! Thank you.

Horrible Customer Service! Please stay way from them to save some money. It's not helping anything with Pest problems and also they are charging for not doing service. Eventually I have to do this myself for which I have paid good amount of money to them now I am under contract and can't come out the there horrible service.

Well, we just had our first service done. Everything seems fine to us. Our tech (Ty) was great and seemed very diligent about performing the service. He was polite and friendly too. Yes, it's a quarterly service, and yes, we know it'll end up being about $400 in the year, but they made that clear from the start. We've never had a bug service done before, so we figured it was about time as we've been here 20 years.
I can see the negative review and understand what they're saying, but to me, they did a great job telling us what they would do, when they'd do it and what it would cost. So far, no problem.

We have been using Insight Pest Solutions for the past two years and they have been fabulous! We moved into a house that had been vacant for a while and there were some critters inside who had decided to take up residency. They got rid of everyone who wasn't approved by the Postmaster. Also, we had a lot of ants that got stirred up when we first started working in the yard and flower beds.
The ants decided the next best place to take up residence was in our house, but Insight came out immediately and got rid of them. I know ants are particularly hard to get rid of, but they've come up and taken care of us whenever anything has popped up. Thanks so much!

The service and technician was well versed in my issues and he helped in other areas as well. I appreciate always having the same person visit my home. Josh is always extremely friendly and professional. He's very knowledgeable and seems genuinely interested in my questions and concerns. We have had no issues since joining Insight! Love that man Josh!

The sales rep that came to our house was nice and polite and answered all my questions. I didn't want to make a decision with out my husband talking to him so he came back 2 hours later to talk to him. My husband also thought the sales rep was great. The next day the technician came out. His name was Damian. He was on time and very polite. He did a great job getting the outside and inside of the house sprayed within 30 mins.
He was very personable and made sure I felt comfortable with the product that was being sprayed. I have kids and a dog and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Know I hope the spray works! The people that work for this company are great!

Insight Pest Solutions came to my neighborhood and I had experience with other pest control companies from the past. I felt like their pitch was well done and professional. Pricing really was comparable to others and had value. The initial appointment was scheduled and two technicians came out to speed up service, within 24 hours. Trevor & other technician did a great job, answered my questions and did more than I asked for (putting out traps, etc.) I have not seen any pests and Insight will follow up next month. I am glad I invested in the service and can enjoy my home with less worry. Thank you.

The service was good because the pests seem to be gone, but the business practices are questionable. Pros: They come door to door and that person is really nice. The chemicals are supposed to be safer for pets & people. The pests seem to be gone. Cons: They say you can cancel, but you really can't once you have the first visit you are in for at least $400. Customers can't control when subsequent visits are, so you don't really know what is being done. The customer service people on the phone are condescending and you have to cancel it they will just keep coming back.

Shay is our normal technician, but even after a first treatment some torrential rain storms forced ants to return inside our home. Insight sent out Shay to address the problem a second time with a regional trainer, Scott. I was impressed with their thorough search of our property to determine where the colony was and they were determined to destroy it.
I was so relieved, and they continued to treat the entire exterior of our home to ensure we wouldn't see any ants again. While I'm confident the problem is solved, I rest easy knowing that with our yearly plan I can call Insight at anytime if any other critters try to share our home with us! Very polite and professional.

Do not use this group. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and discovered I am not the only customer with this complaint. I have filed my own complaint with the BBB. A salesman cold-called me to offer pest treatment. His sales pitch occurred on my porch while I was struggling with a screaming baby and the salesman could see that I was so occupied.
The salesman knew full well I was in no position to read anything. We discussed my spiders, he offered to throw in a termite inspection, and we discussed my great reluctance to use any poison and my main concerns which were brown recluse spiders (we discussed my traps) and the need for a termite inspection. We discussed that I did not want the yard sprayed, and he agreed they would only spray the perimeter of the house.
I signed a paper believing I was agreeing to a pest treatment. No paper copy was left with me at the time. Later I received an email "welcoming" me and much later I discovered a PDF attached to the email. The PDF is two page: my signature on a page all by itself, and a front page that I believe I never saw that does not bear my signature or initials.
The "contract" is for treatment every three months at nearly $90 a pop - and a cancellation fee of nearly $200. I have no recollection of seeing that first page and there is no signature or initial of mine on that page. The first visit was not entirely satisfactory, but I paid them anyway.
