I have had a Termite Bond with Cadenhead for seven years now. I have never had a termite on my property. Cadenhead uses the most modern equipment/traps to ensure my house does not have any termites. In addition, each technician that has come to my house has been very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Also, scheduling an appointment was easy. One of the very few companies with consistently great service all the way around. We've been using them for a year since we bought our home. They are so responsive and we're able to come out quickly when we needed them. From the start, the woman who answers the phones and schedules appointments is amazing. Then, every single technician that has visited our home has been very prompt, ridiculously friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.

First quarterly treatment done today, and the gentleman was lovely (forgot his name.) He arrived on time and did a very thorough job. Very chatty, and made me feel comfortable as I was home alone. Chris Cadenhead, owner of Cadenhead Services is amazing! My company manages short term vacation rentals, we love Chris and his company, He is always professional, but also, personal. Amazing company! We love that this is a local family run business but still carries the professionalism and quality of what you can expect from the best of the best. I can't say enough good things about Cadenhead. We've had the service for three years now for both termites and pest control. I feel like we have a real handle on pest and if we ever need a spot treatment, they are extremely responsive. It is clear to us that their only focus is ensuring our home is protected and free of pests. However, the real differentiator for me is the people that have serviced our home.
Both of the technicians that we have seen over the three years are terrific people. Professional, kind and knowledgeable. They both have both been kind and patient with our four year old that follows them around constantly when they are here. My wife and I know them by name (Thank you Dustin and Chris!) and really appreciate the feeling of having a personal relationship with a service provider.
Even calls to the main office have been great. You can reach them! And, just like the technicians, the office team are kind and easy to work it. Highly recommend this company.

We just started using this service after we purchased our new home 2 weeks ago and the service we received today was great. The gentleman that came to service us our house was very polite and professional, and knowledgeable of how to address our concerns.
