AAI Termite Pest Control

I had AAI Pest Control for a long time. My 1st review was 2013. 5star. This year, 2022, I finally discontinued service after several years ( I think 4 or 5?) of poor service. The turnover on the technicians had become EXTREMELY HIGH. I only had sevice every other month and I Probably had 3 to 5 different techs per year for several years in row. No one seemed to have any notes from the previous tech, so it was constantly have to meet the new one and tell them what our issues were.

There was also a big issue in the last couple years of just scheduling and showing up. They are suppose to give me a week's notice or 2. But lately they would either just show up ( which is a problem since gate is locked) or I would get less than 24 hours notice. Or.even worse, we were scheduled for a service, I unlock the gate, and they never show up. I don't know if they changed ownership, but something definitely changed over the past 5 or so years as an excellent business went very down hill. too bad

Horrible service. I am going to call them right now for my mother in law who is disabled and who has been virtually ignored for her questions and lack of service. We will not be paying the bill as no pests have been controlled. I have Adam on video not spraying the entirety of her property even though I personally spent hours making it accessible.

Multiple treatments with no effect. I am going to demand to know the potency and chemical composition of their product as well so I know exactly what ISNT working for anything in my yard. Pinchers, wood ants, sugar ants, bull crickets, water beetles. Horrible horrible service. I'll take care of my mother in law myself with home depot products after this fiasco.

I signed up for monthly pest service. Came one time. Had to beg to come next month. Didn't show up the following month. Called to cancel and they didn't ask why or care they lost my business.

Critical: Responsiveness, Value It was excellent until a few years; now it is terrible! We are looking or another pest control company now!

We've been a Tracy customer of AAI for 30 yrs. For 25 yrs they provided consistent thorough service with very few technician changes. The last 5 yrs is a completely different story. New Technician would show up every other month. No more email reminding us of our service day, the bait traps not serviced, property not dewebbed. 10 minutes they were in and out. I'm told they were bought by Terminex 12/2019. Our property was due to be serviced over a week ago and no one has come. Time to move on.

Good service. There was an issue with my phone number, which made their be a disconnect between the tech and I as far as when he was going to arrive. However, he arrived within the window of time and took care of my issues.

We have had their service for so many years and things were fine. I don't know what's happened in the past 7 years, (especially the last 2 years)but they have gone down hill. They are terrible at getting back to you about anything. We pay for the best package and thought it would cover it all. Nope! We still have all the things running around. Cockroaches and black widows. all kinds of bugs and even see mice outside still.

We treat it ourselves and some how manage to make it better. But when I've asked them about treating it, they just do their quick spray and that's it. Hardly ever take webs down. Honestly, it's a poor job. My husband does a way better job. We are locked in for another few months. We will never use them again. Every question I ask, they never respond.

They are terrible at communicating! Sad, bc we are loyal customers. My Dad used them for his businesses and gave them a lot of new customers. Do not get in a contract with them.

I have used this company for many years. They have serviced for bugs. I started having a mouse/rat(?) problem last year. They encourage a program to stay on top of everything throughout the year. I found my first dead rodent and checked the traps. No bate and it occurred to me that I hadn't seen a tech all year. So. I've paid for a year and have empty traps and a pretty serious problem that needs to be repaired.

I don't want rodents to get in between the walls, die, and smell. Monday asked for repair. "Oh it doesn't look like we've been out for a while." Now it's Friday before a long weekend." I don't have any apts left today." "I'll talk to the schedule supervisor and he'll call you." No call but two dead rodents in my pool. It's 2pm and no one is picking up the phone. Done. This shouldn't be so hard!

Horrible experience with AAI. They were supposed to come to my house today from 12-3. Once it was after 3:00 we called and they said the guy was running late and he would be here soon. Once it was 4:00 we called again and they told us the guy wouldn't be coming until the next day, ruining our plans for the day. We have used AAI in the past, but after this experience we may consider choosing a different pest control service.

They are very reliable and very cost effective! if you need anything extra just tell them, and they are eager to accommodate your needs! definitely would recommend them for all your pesky problems!

Nicest company with the nicest employees. Honest friendly and always ready to do a great job.

Dispatched someone inexperienced in ranch property at first, but demonstrated to me that they do have a commitment to getting things right. Edward is expert and professional, and has made a huge difference in reducing the ground squirrel population here.

Nothing but problems! They were not clear on their billing practices or charges. Of the 5 times over the course of a year that they serviced us they only notified us of them coming 1 time. They ask if you are happy but never address the problems. Today I called to cancel and she told me that there was a problem with my card on file which was not true in fact I had my account pulled up and the charge from yesterday was already showing and she tried to tell me it didn't go through.

This place has been one big eye roll after another. They seem nice but that's how they get you. They are hoping for complacent customers to not care. Do yourself a favor and buy some big spray at Home Depot instead.

The buyer hired AAI and Bill for a termite and home inspection. They found termites in the home. Bill took care of everything. Not only did they fix all that needed to be fixed on the report, the buyer wanted a few other items looked at and Bill had the contractors take care of those as well. Very professional and detail oriented. Michelle in their office is fabulous. These will be my go to guys in the future.

I want to give special thanks to Anthony Gordon! Really great guy that cares about people homes and making sure that pest are not invading people houses. Real stand up guy and my parents know him personally because of his customer service along with the time he takes to make sure the houses in order. Thank you Anthony!

Very professional, thorough with their work, and follow up is exceptional. They took over in Mountain House when local Tracy firm proved unreliable. Problem solved as a team effort utilizing multiple offices to come in with different sets of eyes on the problem. It does not get any better than AAI and the team led by Joe our main technician. I have used AAI for many years. Always been great with their work. Always accommodated the customer. Very good service. Well! Now they don't. I always had my service done on fridays because it was my day off and I have dogs that I have to keep inside the house for the service. I was told that services are now scheduled according to the agents time schedule in that area. Well people! I'm the customer. They need to accommodate us not the other way around. Will look for another company Who puts the customer first

My experience has been good, I've been with AAI for at least 8 years. Lately, I believe that the strength of the spray has changed. Even after they spray, I see spiders and pincher bugs. I do like their service, which is why I stay with them.

Our property management uses AAI for the majority of our properties that have pest control service. They are competitively priced and their techs are respectful of the tenants and very informative with updates to our office. Katy is prompt in contacting my tenants for scheduling and gets their quotes over to me very quickly. Thank you AAI, for a job well done!

We had a huge pest problem due to our proximity to open fields and AAI came in and quickly got everything under control. No complaints. Robert was our technician and was very professional and did exactly what had explained to us.

I must say the technician was wonderful. As far as service, he was top notch. The office staff, however, was not. We had to get our house reinspected (per buyer request) when selling our house. My stepdad happened to be home babysitting my daughter while I was at work. The lady in the office told the technician that my stepdad had to pay for the service.

Worried this would delay our move, he paid-not knowing what was going on. When I called to clear up the situation, the lady I spoke with was rude and did not listen to my concern. Instead, she blamed my real estate agent. When all was said and done, my stepdad was not charged, but they did charge my real estate agent who will get reimbursed by the seller, RATHER than charging or billing the seller that requested the service. I would never use or recommend this company based off the lack of customer service provided from the office staff.

Marcus has been coming to our house for a couple years now and he is wonderful! My kiddos get excited when "Mr. Marcus" comes over and he is also great with our animals! He is trustworthy and friendly and we r grateful for him! Thank you Marcus for being awesome.
