This company came by to spray the house and he was very punctual! He showed up, asked what was going on (main areas where the problem was), sprayed the entire house properly from the garage, back to the yard. Did not take a lot of time maybe 30 minutes, but did not rush the job either!

Very professional, knowledgeable of products and didn't sell me to make more money. Went the extra mile. The office staff was amazing when I placed the service call.

Love these guys! The owner is very customer focused. His workers are polite and always on time. They are very thorough and explains in detail what we need to do with our pets and what they will be doing. And the price is crazy low for what they do.

Paid for treatment and a few days later and there is a giant spider in our sink. We walk outside and there is a spider running out of the flowers on to the sidewalk. I called and asked for them to come back and they said it would be another 109.00! I said but the first one didn't work and I had also given them additional business and they were going to get back with me.

The next thing I know the retreat is done and I have to pay another $109. I understand if it is a month later and the Spiders came back but this was only a few days later. I just thought they should've come back and spot treated or something and not made me pay approximately $250 within one week. That's just not how you do business. Especially when I gave them additional places to go spray also. My house and my church could have been lifelong customers.

I had an issue and posted on here about it. I had a conversation with the Owner and we were able to resolve the issue faster than I have with any other company. These people care about the customer and rectifying their mistakes.

The Bug Guy is the best in OKC without a dought. He came out to our place today and did us a great job at a great price. He did not push for a continuous contract or anything that we did not need. He even did a couple small extra things with a smile. I would recommend him with out reservation!

I usually do not leave reviews but after my experience with The Bug Guy I felt the need to give credit where credit is due! I would and do Highly recommend the Bug Guy to whoever is in need of Pest control! Mark and his crew are simply the BEST at what they do. I feel good when they leave because I know that my precious grandbabies won't be in harms way with anything dangerous that could be crawling around!

I know Mark does a great job because I watch my neighbor keep calling out her pest control company seems like every month. I simply do not need to do that. I enjoy local & small privately owned business. Recently we needed someone to spray for spiders & wasps. Well I've seen The Bug Guy trucks running around town & thought let's give them a try. Much to my surprise the office person was very knowledgeable, asked the correct questions & set date & time. Technician arrived at the appointed time, worked efficiently & the only thing I've observed has been dead bugs & no wasp! Thank you to The Bug Guy & tech's

My opinion of this place is very poor. They told us the service included outside and inside, but evidently they couldn't take one extra minute to spray a shed that is 5 feet from the house when they first came. We had a black widow on the shed yesterday, and they came back out to spray. They had told my wife there would be an additional charge which she said shouldn't be right.

They came to my door when finished after coming back out, stated it would be $59 on top of $79 already paid (which he additionally added should have been $89), and I stated that shouldn't be right since they said outside was included. He said, yes, "outside of the house, not shed". So an 8x12 shed right next to the house was not included obviously, and I told him I thought it was poor they couldn't take one extra minute to spray our shed, if it would have taken even that long, and he said no!

Very poor service in my opinion! At least inform someone if you aren't including a small shed in the back. He said he was "done" with us and very rude, and walked off. Amazing that a company wouldn't do the tiny extra service to begin with to earn and keep business. And then proceed to make you feel as if you are in the wrong for questioning the service provided. Guess they have too much business.

The day after Aaron left we noticed a lot of changes quicker than any of the other companies that left after treatments. Since 2014 we have used The Bug Guy and my wife and I are always extremely happy with there service and the quality of work they perform at our house. We have a creek that is behind our house and sometimes with snakes, mice, wolf spiders, and other pest since having The Bug Guy we really have no problems at all.

Last year my wife got stung by a mosquito and had to get on antibiotics and it was a horrible situation. I found out through Aaron that they offer a mosquito program that will kill mosquitos and their eggs. I was surprised it works like a charm. We personally and highly recommend The Bug Guy.
