Critical: Professionalism I gave them a call asking for a home inspection, after I asked about bait stations and other services they offer they replied "we don't do bait stations" and hung up on me. Terrible phone etiquette.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality They came to spray at my rent house, they missed several areas. The exterminator told me one thing and then turned the invoice into the owner saying something completely different. They either don't know what they're doing, they just don't care, or perhaps both.

We were charged for about 25min more of service than we actually received. Luckily, we do not have a huge insect problem, because they did not spray our entire house or property. They lied about how much and where they sprayed, even though we watched them. They broke some lightbulbs and did not offer to replace them. And they were not respecting the privacy of the company or it's employees by talking about private matters that we did not ask about-not professional behavior at all. 0/10 would not recommend

I met the folks at Ace Exterminators through one of the estate sales I conducted some years ago in Oklahoma City's Capitol Hill neighborhood. I have since used them for my home, my detached garage, my father's home, and even my lake cabin. Top rate service through and through. Five stars? Absolutely!
