A Acenitec Exterminating Services

Just witnessed this serviceman destroy the sign in my yard for my current Lawn and services provider. Literally cut it in half and got back in his work truck Not a cool way to do business, might want to try handing out fun sized Snickers or something next time? Included a pic with current providers name if anyone is looking for a great lawn service!

The worker came and identified himself, then proceeded to check all our bate stations. Many were covered by plant growth or soil but he carefully looked at all. In the past the person never even attempted to locate the stations. I think this worker did the proper job and I am satisfied. Much better than past visits. Service: Termite inspection

They have treated our lawn for grubworms and keeping our lawn looking good with regular treatments. They suggest any needed treatments and other services to be available. Very dependable and always reliable! Yea

I decided to go with them for their 6 step lawn program and grub control. Once I confirmed with them they had a team out the following week. They were quick, professional and great to work with!

This guy on 08/25/21 parked in literally the 4 closest spots to the store on a 103 degree day. I watched a poor old lady have to park and walk across the entire parking lot in the heat because there was nothing closer thanks to this degenerate. I tried to say something to the driver and he just looked at me and walked away. If he cares this little about other people, there is no way he cares enough to do a quality job for anyone

I have used Acenitec for lawn maintenance and termite protection for about 10 years. The service people have always been punctual and professional. I even received a Yard of the Month recognition in my neighborhood last year! I would say that is a recommendation that speaks for itself!

For many years, we used Acenitec for our yard weed/feed, with excellent results and great customer services. A few years ago, two former employees of Acenitec contacted us about trying their new business, at a lower fee, which we did. The first season was fair, and our remaining time with them has been just that-fair, to even poor. Therefore, I just returned to Acenitec and will remain, as I never had less than exceptional results with them and they offer immediate, great customer services.

My lawn looks great - and since they've also hired Ascenitec, my neighbor's yard is in great shape, too. The company does an excellent job of communicating when they'll be at my house, what services are due, and any concerns they have about my lawn and gardens. Their pricing is in line w the market and the excellent service they provide. I highly recommend.

Warning! Would not recommend this company for Pest services. I've brought to the attention of the owner Gary on numerous occasions that they billed my elderly father for services that were never performed by their company. I spoke with the office Manager Pat, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked Pat specifically to read me the exact work order that was supposedly performed.

She indicated the work order stated "Termites were located in the garage. They drilled and liquid treated the area in the garage where active termites were found, injected and sprayed the wall, and installed the Sentricon System". We indicated to Pat that there were no drill marks in the wall as stated in the work order and termite damage had spread. Pat indicated she would have to send one of their technicians to inspect the area in question to determine if the work had been completed per the work order before any additional action is requested.

My realtor was present and I was on the phone during this inspection. The technician performed the required inspection and said that "there are no drill marks present and there is no way to see if an injection was completed". In addition, the technician brought a portion of the initial contract where it showed damage was only located in the garage and laundry closet when my father hired them in 2017.

The owner sent several emails but never once responded to my original issue with him about work not performed but were charged for. We also had two separate termite companies inspect the house and they confirmed the Sentricon system and the company's "monitoring" failed this house. I would recommend looking at other company's before moving ahead with Acenitec.

This is a sh*t company with sh*t for employees. To start, I gave them my credit card number about a year after I started their service to charge me every month instead of having to send in a check every month. Somehow my card number magically disappears from their system. So I'm getting bills thinking they're automatically being deducted from my cc. SIKE.

What does Acenitec do? They send me to collections over their f*ck up. Fast forward to two weeks ago. Come out for a routine treatment. Cool. Bill is left on our door. I check our cameras that same day and come to find out no one ever even went in our backyard to treat the yard. So this is the first time an Acenitec employee tried to steal money from me.

So I call them and complain and let them know they need to come spray the back yard because they charged me for it. The lady on the phone doesn't seem to care one bit that the company she works for just tried to steal money from a customer. She tells me "ok we'll put you on the schedule to come out and get it 'retreated'". Oh, REtreated?!?

Try treated at all. Fast even more forward to today when they finally had time to squeeze me into their busy schedule to correct their first f*ck up. I check our cameras to make sure the back yard was actually treated this time and guess what. IT WAS NOT. The bill says "spot treat" in someone's hand writing and has a typed note on there for Lawn Follow Up - Backyard.

Neither of those were done. Our back yard cameras weren't set off at all anywhere near the time he put the bill on our front door. No one from this company went in our backyard today. No one spot treated or retreated or treated anything at all. This is the second time that Acenitec tried to steal my money. I don't have the bill for the first time that they tried to steal my money so I can't speak for that employee but the second employee who "treated" the yard today (aka stole from me a second time) is Andrell Williams.

If I was a betting man I'd say he tried to steal from me the first time also. Ain't gon happen playa. I will be cancelling their service tomorrow and getting half of the money I paid refunded to me for the back yard. Absolutely despicable business practice. Whoever owns this company should be embarrassed.

Mike Roberts of Roberts Pest Control referred us to Acenitec. The Acenitec technician who came on site to spray our yard this morning was not just on time -- he was EARLY! Friendly, helpful, professional, and modestly priced. Major thumbs up for Acenitec!
