This recurring service protects you and your Tenants against 20 different pest in and around the structure, this includes a 5' perimeter around the foundation of the structure. Pests included in this Service Agreement are listed below. Our Initial Service includes the interior and exterior treatment of the structure.

So far I am very pleased with this company. I sent a request for a quote after reading reviews. Within a few hours I had a quote and contract agreement in my inbox. I completely forgot all about this and was contacted via phone which I appreciated. The person I spoke with on the phone was able to answer all the questions I had and I signed the agreement a couple of hours after hanging up with her.
She called back quickly after that and was able to schedule my initial service for just a couple of days later. James just left my house. He gave me a rundown of exactly what he would be doing, where and how. He also told me things to look out for, what to expect during my quarterly visits and also how to schedule in between services if necessary. He was very professional, friendly and quick. I'm glad I chose this company so far!

I have dealt with the small German roaches since moving into my freshly renovated house. I had another company out and that only helped temporarily. I had always associated these with dirty houses and I couldn't figure out why I had them. I'd never heard of Blue Star, but their aggressive approach seemed promising. The other company came out monthly, but Blue Star scheduled weekly treatments 3 weeks in a row and are coming out again for a 4th treatment.
They guarantee it for 90 days. My technician is Clint and he has been great. He was not bothered by my dogs and explained that they are brought in from boxes, bags, etc and once they are gone that's it unless you bring them in again. I saw immediate results and feel so much more comfortable in my house! They are quick to respond and follow up. I wish I would have found them first!

The blue star team has gone above and beyond for us! Customer service is outstanding. Any time I've ever called, my questions or concerns have been answered immediately.
