Your company didn't come out to our home and if we was home, we would of let him into our home. We don't feel comfortable allowing people into our home without being supervised because of past experiences and we have kids at home that you want to seat outside? We have communicated with both you guys and it seems one of you guys are lying or maybe both the issue is with both of your company's!we have a email from the office saying you guys double booked us so maybe you want to check on that! The proof is in the email they we was double booked so please spear us the lying and have some integrity, thank you

So I've been dealing with a Ant problem since March 25th, I'm a single parent of two working two jobs. It was extremely difficult to set up an appointment. I had to use the last of my PTO to set up an appointment just to have them not show up! I never got a call from anyone! Come to find out the office told me this company double booked me! I called to speak to a manager and the lady was extremely rude and wouldn't answer any questions!

Clearly there was some miss communication and I just want this situation fix! From a customer standpoint this is extremely poor customer service and the wrong way to deal with customers. Very sad coming from a 4.7 rating. I expected more and better service!

Eagle is the company used by my condo board so it was an easy referral when I developed a sudden ant issue - but having never worked with a pest control company before I still wasn't sure what to expect. Well Ben the technician was great! He was timely, efficient, informative, and super friendly. He also gave me some tips of what not to do if the ants every come back. The ant problem in our home had become unbearable so we called Eagle Pest Eliminators in Everett. Long story short, Dolores and Jon were awesome! Dolores arranged for a tech on short notice to come out and inspect. Jon, a field supervisor, came out, inspected, gave us a recommendation, and was able to take care of it right then and there. We would ABSOLUTELY use them again and won't hesitate to. Highly recommend. Great service overall.

I had a fantastic experience with Eagle and Derek who I came out for my squirrel problem. Derek was super professional, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and within less than a week had caught the 5 squirrels inhabiting my attic! Highly recommended. He provided a free estimate which was more thorough than another pest control company I had paid for service. I would absolutely call them again for any pest-related problem!

Jon was great to work with. He provided excellent customer service, knowledge and professionalism. He graciously answered my kids' 1001 questions, and they loved learning about the process! They are now "mouse detectives". But greatest of all, he successfully rid our house of a rat that (unknowingly to us) had become very comfortable. I'd give them ten stars if it was an option! Eagle Pest Eliminators was recommended to me by several people on my NextDoor forum, and I'm so glad we hired them. We had been dealing with a clicking/tapping noise happening intermittently at all hours coming from our bedroom wall, and could not figure out what it was on our own. Luckily Nathan from Eagle was able to come out and help us find the culprit, which turned out to be a yellow jacket nest that had set up shop inside the wall and was trying to eat their way through the drywall- yikes! Nathan climbed out on our roof in a bee-proof suit like a total pro to treat the issue and we have not had any problems since.

They were able to fit us into the schedule quickly and did a super thorough and professional investigation before giving us a very affordable estimate. Nathan put careful consideration into his treatment recommendations and explained how he was going to take extra care to make sure that the nest was completely eradicated so that they would not have to come out again, keeping our wallets in mind.

Well, EAGLE Pest Eliminators, from Everett came to my rescue. I called other pest elimination services, but Eagle had the most professional phone answering person, the quickest time to service my yellow jacket drama and the best price. Derek came out, that very same day and. just like magic the little critters are gone. I could not delay in my endeavor of extermination as the bees were located in a rockery, next to a sidewalk, where many children pass, while going to and from school each day. Huge shout out to Eagle Pest Eliminators.

They were fast at responding back which is very unusual these day. I talked to Delores who very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so very understanding with my situation because my tenant who was not cooperating with me at all.

When I was able to get into the house I was blessed to have the technician named Todd arrive. He had been an exterminator for over 20 years. Oh boy does he know his stuff. He was able to locate where the bed bugs were coming from and made recommendations. This is only my 1st treatment but I am confident that with his expertise there will be no problem getting rid of them.
