The Bug Runner Exterminating

I made the decision to go with The Bug Runner over 3 other companies- why? Simple- when I called I spoke to actual people, no automated choices, no long wait- also the ladies in the office remembered it was my sons birthday and made sure to get someone out to treat in ample time to clear the ants and check on things before the party. The techs that came out were wonderful, they explained what they were doing and took time to explain it to my 7 year old (he loves them), and lastly the technician told me that the owner of the company is out working with them and meeting the customers. This company feels like family, and they are trustworthy and reputable. I recommend them 1000 times over.

I am happy with the service this company provided. No more mice droppings! Doug has a really hard working crew. He gave me a detailed description of my problem and advised a plan to take care of it. Vince set the traps and checked on them timely, Josefine and Jessica were always responsive and courteous.

Ortiz was very informative. He explained the the process and prevention. It has been less than 24 hours and we already caught our little pest. Great service overall. Great communication.

I was having an ant and bee issue. When I called the office they were so sweet and nice. I revived an estimate that day and service was done within a day or two. The tech I had, I believe his name was Marc, was so nice and informative. At 1st I was concerned because the ants increased but when I called the office to ask why, Jessica told me all the information I needed to know. They are so amazing

The girls in the office listen to me, laugh at my craziness, and reassure me all will be fine, and the technicians that come out to me are always friendly and explain what they are doing, and take care of my ants, bees, crickets.the list goes on, and I know they are busy but they make me feel like I am the most important person of the day. Great experience with Bug Runner. We called them due to concerns about cave crickets and they sent a tech to our home the next day. He was knowledgeable, offered a few different options considering we have young kids, and we had a follow up visit 2 days later. All interactions have been friendly and professional. I currently bought a home and I've been experiencing a lot of Carpet beetles and mice. Fortunately, the employees have been responsive daily with my issues and concerns. Dio I'm updating my review for Bug Runner. I do have to admit when they say "If you see something, call and we will send someone out asap" it is definitely true. The two times I've called when we've noticed anything (centipedes, carpet beetles, etc) they've been here and not just sprayed, explained the bug and why they're coming in. I've contracted them for deer and ticks as well as mosquitoes during the spring and summer. I'll let you know how that goes. But for now they are definitely worth it, attentiveness is given to the customer, and their support is awesome.

We used The Bug Runner to get rid of carpenter ants in our new home. It took a few visits but they took full responsibility fot their work - every time we called them that the ants were not fully away, they immediately sent a technician to retreat the area until they were completely gone. I have yearly service at my house for camel crickets in basement and just regular inspections. Derek has recently been servicing my house, he is professional, knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. I would highly recommend Bug Runner! They were extremely helpful and kind when I called and then someone showed up in about an hour. The man that came was impressively knowledgeable, friendly and took care of our problem really quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if I ever need to!

The exterminator was friendly and courteous. He explained his procedure. He took care of removing the bees. My complaint is that he should have flattened the nest. He said it would fall down. So far it's just as he left it. He should have gone up a ladder where he could use a pole with a flat end that could be used to scrape the nest to a flattened condition.

I had originally contacted Bug Runner for a bee problem near the roof of my house. I had originally thought the dirt mounds on driveway could be from these bees. Bug Runner really never did address the carpenter bee issue, only the mounds which were determined to be ant mounds. Still not sure who handles carpenter bee issues. I recently had called to make a payment.

I had asked for someone to come back because the ant mounds were more problematic. I was told someone would service the driveway on Monday, but I still don't know if anyone came. Ants are active, no evidence that someone came to treat the areas. I'm not sure I'll renew the contract since none of the issues have been resolved.

Reliable service without the gimmick you'd expect from businesses these days. I spoke with Patricia who answered all of my questions, I had a lot of them, and then gave me her recommendation on what service I should get. She also sent someone over almost immediately to size up my yard. I was signing a contract and getting my services within a few days. Highly recommend bug runner.

It is a rare occasion for me to find a company to carry through on every callback, follow up, and promise that was ever made. Bug Runner is such a company. I found Larry, Jessica, and the entire team at Bug Runner to be truly extraordinary both in their competence and ability to effectively resolve insect issues. For me it was termites. Dery from bugrunner is fantastic. So polite and professional. I panicked when i saw a lot of spiders in my basement. He came to my house immediately. Explained everything he did and was totally understanding.

Update: finished my service with them & all was great. Had a different tech come the third/final time who was just as gracious and kind. No more mice for us. Even got an extra service to prevent spring/summer time critters. I've had a great time so far with this company. Marcus came to our apartment and has been explaining more about the poison and came 2 days later to give us more traps we wanted.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we aren't done with the service yet, so I don't feel comfortable giving 5 stars just yet. After they come again I might come and review once more : it's been about 2 weeks we have certainly caught mice and he said they've been eating the poison, now I just need to wait some more and then I hope next time he comes he can seal up the open areas so the mice can stop coming in.

He said he'd leave the spots open for now so they can come get the poison, which makes sense. I will continue using this company! Originally spoke to Doug too who was incredibly and equally just as kind. Affordable as well!

We were long term customers of Bug Runner going back to the mid 1980's. They first serviced us for termites and we maintained the insurance every year thereafter. We also used them for monthly "in and out " service. The company is reliable, the office staff friendly and helpful and we recommend them highly. This past month we relocated out of state but were sure to request one last seasonal service so that our house is in top top shape for sale.

It all started with some scurrying in my attic and basement ceiling. There were no droppings in my house so I wasn't sure what was going on. I figured mice or squirrels and my wife would not have any of it. I reached out to Bug Runner and they picked up the phone right away, were pleasant and and scheduled me right away. The technician, Mr. Hall showed up on three occasions and was alway on time or early and always called ahead.

He was very knowledgeable and took on our pest problem scientifically with an experienced eye. Within a week the noises stopped and the pest entrances were sealed. Within two weeks all pests were exterminated and on the third week confirmed. I will also add that Mr. Hall put on booties before entering the house. These guys are worth every penny and have earned a spot in my address book and referral list.

Doug is super fast and reliable for setting up the termite traps. In terms of assessment, he was honest with the pricing and the work that needs to be done. Working with the administrative assistant for the paper work and payment was easy and smooth. When there was an issue with one Trap, doug came right away and was able to fix it immediately

Terrible problem with crickets indoors. BugRunner did a great job eliminating them. They returned once to checkup and so far no more crickets. Pleasant servicemen and prompt service. I recommend their service.

We had a problem with yellow jackets in the house but didn't know where they were coming from. Doug (owner) arrived and found the nest within two minutes. Problem solved. I went outside and saw a swarm of bugs I was afraid were termites. Called bug runner and they simply asked for me to text a picture to them. Within minutes they identified the bug as a harmless citronella ant. The honesty and quickness to reply with no charge was a great reminder that there are still good businesses out there. I used Bug Runner this summer for carpenter ants and they did a great job. The technician came out, explained and showed me where the nest of ants were originating from and went to work. It only took one application to get rid of the ants but I had them come out a second within the sixty day warranty as a preventive measure.

One of the biggest fears as a homeowner is insect infestation, and of all insects to have, bedbugs are up there as the worst. I found signs of having them, and after a little searching online, found Bug Runner. I called the office on a Saturday, left a message, and Doug called me back with in a few hours. We made an appointment and withing a few days Doug was over explaining the process.

We brought in the bed bug dog and it turned out I had a small infestation in 2 bedrooms. Fortunately, it was very small, but still a huge problem none the less. Doug quoted me a price for their 2 step process and with in a week, they applied the first treatment. Well, it is now 2 months later, and after packing up two bedrooms into garbage bags, a ton of laundry, and 2 treatments, the bed bug dog has finally given me the all clear. It's a great day, and I thank Doug and Bug runner for all of their help.
