Extremely unprofessional. Called on a Thursday exactly 2:10pm to make an appointment for the following week only to get a VM that I've reached them outside of regular working hours and for me "to call during normal work hours" and that they were closed to leave a message. An Obviously extremely immature girl called back who would not give her name or allow me to speak with a supervisor and ignored my request for an appointment.
I'm fact never offered an appointment but asked to have my property management company call back. I OWN THE BUILDING, Why would I ask my employee to call back? If this is the type of service they offer then I would stronger encourage everyone to stay away. Completely ridiculous

Unprofessional staff. I made a appointment with them between 9:00am and 3:00pm oct 14. 2021 no one came by 3:00. I give them a call and they told me that he was running late. I said ok I would like to make other appointments. They told me since you want to cancel you have to wait a week for other appointments. It's not my fault they did not keep there time I said. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMERS SERVICE. WE DO WHAT ERVER IT TAKES MA A**. DONT US THIS COMPANY. THEY OR NOT FEET FOR THE JOB OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Our building was infested with cockroaches for over 5 months under their service. We went from a German cockroach infestation to American, so they clearly didn't treat the property properly. Extremely disappointing and disgusting living conditions. From a tenant perspective, they were the most unprofessional service provider I ever encountered. Their techs lied about services provided and the state they left the apartment in every single time they were here.
At times I thought I was on a reality show when I would call them to schedule or ask questions, because they made up new things every single time I called. It was unbearable to deal with.

One the good reviews are definitely paid or written by employees. They treated my apartment a year ago when I thought I had bed bugs but it was some sort of mite that they didn't treat for instead they went on to treat for bed bugs. The treatment was very quick they will not send out the same person who did the original treatment which makes no sense since the other person doesn't know what they did also will not tell you what pesticides they are using every tech uses a different pesticide.
My neighbors have bed bugs so I got bed bugs now I have to have them treat again when my management doesn't pay for integrated pest control which is the only thing that works no they pay for two sprays and that's it. You have to be diligent when dealing with bed bugs they charge management companies a cheap rate therefore they do not do there job.
There techs have no idea what there doing trust I stayed throughout all the treatments and one told me he just started and wasn't properly trained and didn't know what he was doing. The other two asked for my number when that's against there policy if I could I would hire a different pest control company unfortunately I was told I had to use them.
One more thing they treat this building there are 11 infested apartments that have bed bugs and the building is only 3 or 4 years old theres roaches in so many apartments as well as all the trash compactors as well as mice but we should trust they get rid of bed bugs.

They told me they were going to spray poison into the walls and I should leave. When I came back there were 12 holes drilled Into my walls with shoddy workmanship of slapping on plaster all over it. We now have to resand/repaint the walls. They also only covered holes where I said I saw holes or mice. They did no proactive work to find and cover holes. They also left paint/dust all over the floors and pieces of the steel wool to cover the holes everywhere. They had NO care for my home.

This company is doing something right-they know how to hire good employees. I am referring specifically to Paula, the person who helped and guided me with compassion and understanding from my very first call. She assured me that my situation would be taken care of, and kept in touch with me throughout. She went beyond the call of duty by sharing her thoughts and providing tips I could use to relieve my situation and keep me comfortable.
She made me feel confident and trustworthy in the company and that things would be resolved professionally. Paula is a pleasure to work with and Global is very fortunate to have her on their team.

An excellent company to work with. Always a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Things are done properly the first time around and technicians always arrive on time. I have been much happier with global then the other exterminators I previously used. Anyone I have recommended them to has been happy.

Poor customer service. There is a 5 hour waiting time for appointments with no specific time of arrival for the technician to service your home, for example they will tell you that your appointment time is 10am- 4pm, so you are waiting the entire day for the exterminator to show up during that period. The service does not work despite their guarantee.

Terrible company. They expect that people are sitting around and have nothing better to do. They do not show up during the hours they say they will. They showed up 2 hours later than the time they confirmed. When I was called to confirm the time two days earlier, I was told I was first job of the day. Come the scheduled day and they show up at 3pm, when I was told they would be here at 8am.
When I called to complain, the answer I was given was that they had to deal with other clients who were deemed more urgent. My problem when I tried to get them to come two weeks prior was not emergency enough of them and therefore they took two weeks to get the rats living in my bedroom out. The customer service is also terrible. Do not use them, they are a terrible company, seek a different company. If this is the company contracted by your landlord, find a better one and send the bill to you landlord.
