I honestly regret getting a contract with this place. The only good experience we had was the first initial visit then the follow ups were terrible. The first man who came installed traps in our attic, the second guy who came said he will not go into the attic because "can't you see, I'm fat. I can't get up there." I honestly couldn't help but laugh.

Why am I paying for bad service? The guy said he didn't have a ladder to go up in the attic. He asked my mother if he can borrow on of ours. Once he saw I wanted to complain to the company he goes to his truck and grabs a ladder after saying he did not have one. He then goes up and throws out the dead mice in our trash can at the kitchen! I requested to never get him again.

Another guy who came also told my mom he could not go in the attic because of no ladder and then my mom again said she was going to complain to the company and then he leaves and comes back with a ladder. He also did not want to put more bait on the traps saying it was not necessary. I am very disappointed with the service. When I called to the complain, I heard the lady say "oh my god. please hold." I'm assuming she answered a little bit too soon thinking I couldn't hear hear annoyed "oh my god" I then waited and told her the problem and she already had an attitude and said the men are not allowed to ask us for a ladder due to insurance issues. WELL then why are they asking for a ladder each and every time? I'm so annoyed and I hope this review helps those that are trying to find good service. Again, really great service at first and then terrible ever since.

The Parkway Inspectors have always been thorough, informative and professional when conducting bug infestation concerns. When treatment has been required Parkway was effective and thorough making certain all concerns were eliminated. They have always been courteous and responsive when requesting a review of a concern or following up when requested.

The first visit was professional, but once some service was done, the follow-up was a nightmare. It was a pain to get someone on the phone. They only returned my call once I called my bank to reverse a sneaky renewal charge. A service rep, finally came back to my home to remove traps that were installed. Not only was he rude and UNPROFESSIONAL, but he didn't have any information regarding my account. Use another option, do not use Parkway Pest Services.

Olando came to my house the same day I called. He was very personable and efficient. He performed a wildlife inspection of my attic, looking for a possible raccoon that created a hole in the roof. He didn't find any wildlife in the attic, but provided useful suggestions to prevent future episodes if wildlife damage to the roof. The office was polite and helpful with the scheduling.

I don't NEVER leave reviews but Shoshanah, was absolutely amazing! Beyond friendly and professionally she really understood how freaked out we were and felt like she was in it with us the whole way. She was amazing, a true gem! I can't speak highly enough, We didn't even end up using the actually service but her alone made the experience unmatched. I wish I could pay her directly! It's hassle free to book with them and setup an appointment. The person who came in was super professional and provided a detailed explanation about causes and solutions. However at $400+ for a single visit, they sure are on the expensive side. As it has been less then a week since his visit and he told me to expect results in 2+weeks (adult roaches dead in a week and hatchlings from new/old eggs would take a week or more) I don't know the extent of effectiveness of the treatment.

I will amend my review after a couple weeks as an edit to comment on the effectiveness. Four stars are for their professionalism. Would have been five if they weren't this expensive. The rating could change to higher or lower based on when I amend the review based on its effectiveness Edit : 5/3 - the treatment was very effective. The only roaches I have seen have been very sluggish / dead.

They effectively treated the possible points of entry. So no new infestation problem. Wish my neighbors got this done so point of origin of these roaches could be treated. Would recommend using this service wholeheartedly. wish they could do something about the price.

I've recently had some ant and termite problems in Parkway pest services is now giving better service than it ever has in the past I've dealt with Stephanie and she is wonderful. I highly recommend Parkway pest services.
