We had an episode of bed bugs in our house which was very upsetting. I read reviews of exterminators on the internet and selected Biotech, a very competant technician came to our house and applied phantom to all the susceptible areas. Dominic was the technician's name, he was pleasant and reassuring.

Although I just started with this company for a major ant problem no one likes to have bugs of any kind In their home. They were quick, responsive, sensitive to me freaking out, but most of all very thorough. I feel good knowing that they will be returning in a few weeks for precaution and that they offer a warranty. You don't give a warranty unless you know you could do a good job.
Both Steve and Dominic were great to deal with And very kind. No bugs of any kind are a great experience but if I have to experience it I would definitely recommend bio tech.
