Chem Tech Pest and Grounds Care is a local, family-owned and operated pest control and grounds care company. Butch Baumann built Chem Tech on the philosophy of prioritizing customer service by providing easy access to grounds care, pest and wildlife control. His son Chris joined Chem Tech in 1998. He has carried on the family tradition of placing client's needs first.Together, they have built a team that has helped clients in Katy, Texas and the surrounding Houston area since 1983. As experienced licensed applicators, we don't just eliminate termites, mosquitos, ants and roaches, we prevent them from coming back. Our services are provided monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually. One-time treatments are available. We recommend a thorough annual indoor treatment combined with outdoor barrier treatment every two months.
