ESCO Pest Control - WDI Inspections

I had been a repear client for years, had an appointment set up for Saturday for outdoor flea and regular spray indoors. Nobody showed up. Called them and office closed on Saturday, sent an email. Waited around for 2 hours. Finally found another company to come and complete the seivcie that day. I call Monday and they claim they were here for 15 minutes and nobody answered door and outside treatment was done. LIES. I was here all day and I have locks on my gates, and you cannot get in without me letting you in. What a scam. No apology from them nothing. Will never use then again.

I've used them 1 year ago and they did a good job, until I called them this year to perform the same work and they came in and sprayed my home and they were in my home for 3 min I have a 3 bed 2 bath house and we still have ants. When I called them to perform the work I needed them to do which was spray inside home, spray the perimeter of house, and lay granuals on lawn.

All they did was spray inside house then told me it was about to rain so they didn't do anything outside. Then I get a bill for over $300 and they tried running my card for the whole bill when the work was not performed. I called them and asked them to come out and do the perimeter they said they did which was a lie. My wife and daughter were home allday and didn't see anyone from esco show up. I do not recommend this company to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! And trying to talk to these people is a joke they are full of excuses.

I recently used ESCO for the first time for pest treatment at my home on Galveston's West End. From the moment I called I knew I had made the right choice. The order process was efficient, fast and professional. The same can be said for the technician who arrived on time to preform the service. I called back a few weeks later to see if they did bee removal, even though the didn't they gave me an excellent referral who took care of my problem. Oh and let me not forget when I called they knew exactly who I was! I'll never need to search for a pest control service again in Galveston as ESCO is the one!

I have had several interactions with this business. One time they said they came and sprayed my yard but I checked my ring doorbell and they were not there so we went back-and-forth for about six months. I paid the bill! The last interaction I had them come out and look for termite I was not here my buddy was replacing My porch. The owner pulls up and says if they don't show up I'm just gonna say I found termites LOL. So if the owner is on trustworthy then his employees are on trustworthy. I will no longer do business with this company.

If you're tired of the pesky little bugs in your life, I moved into a new house and it had a German Roach problem so I called ESCO, they eliminated my problem in trip.

Excellent communication showed up on time and provided service plus fully explained details of what they were doing.

These guys came through when I needed them. You can tell it's a small, family business because they treat you like a human being and are willing to go the extra mile. Very happy to have found them on the island.

Esco Pest Control was recommended by my friend. They have used them before. I have to say that the technician, Max was so nice and polite. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this company for your pest control.

We have tried other places, but ESCO has been the most reliable and effective exterminator by far! We request Max because he is good with dogs, but I am sure they are all great. The owner is super friendly and fair; the people who answer the phone are always friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things!

Hired company to handle two vacation rental houses. Less than a month later, guests complained of bugs. Without seeing the house again, Company said it was a different type of roach which required additional services and fees, which may have been understandable if they didn't also say that even after I paid for the additional services for and additional 3 months, they would still charge me to come out if the job wasn't done right by them and bugs remained. Will send my business to companies that are incentived to provide effective services the first time instead of having a financial incentive to come out again and again

Words cannot express how wonderfully this company has increased my quality of life, and that of my family. When you live in an apartment community with a high turnover of neighbors you just don't know what they are bringing with them. After living successfully in our condo for 2 years with no problems we suddenly had a major major infestation. Not only did the technicians give us Sound Advice to start adhering to, the problem was gone in 2 weeks.

We now are thankful to have Jerald out once a month to make sure we don't have any issues again. Everyone is very courteous, understanding, and takes time to listen to exactly what your problems are so that they know how to treat the issue accordingly.

I live here on the Island (full-time) and have used ESCO since I became irritated with another company (think yellow) in 2009. So this review is from a local who has happily used them for over 6 years. The owner, Steve, is great. I usually get Andy as a technician, and he is very nice. The front desk has always been pleasant and helpful. The service works great, indoors and out; they even helped get rid of a mouse infestation during the drought a few years back. I get the house sprayed quarterly and they call me to set up an appointment when it is time.

I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. They will not tell you what fees are until they have come and GONE from your home. The inspector does not bring bills or tell you his fees- they do NOT return calls, and the secretary is more rude than anyone I have done business with in a long long time. Since they only spent 5 min at my house - I cannot tell you if their service is good, only that they are lazy and unprofessional business people.
