Brain was very professional and courteous during my initial first estimate. Price was very competitive but his professional approach got Taurus my work. Crew was on time and very professional as well. William got to work and explained his first steps. I highly recommend this company. I had wood rot repair work on several large timbers and facia boards.

Great all-around experience with these guys. First of all, dealing with James has been very pleasant and reliable. He calls when he says he will, follows up when he promises, and the instructions he passed to his crew when it came to the work that had to be done were exactly in line with what we talked about after his initial inspection. Huge praise based on the contact reliability and communication alone, as dealing with home repair/maintenance/service companies typically are the opposite. As for the work itself, his crew worked super quickly, was very professional, and did a thorough job. Overall a great experience. Would definitely use them again.

I would seriously hold off on using Taurus Termite. I recently purchased a home where Taurus was used for the termite inspection and was selected by the seller. During the inspection, they found some dry wood termites and dry rot towards the front of the home. They fixed it and we thought we were in the clear. Guess what.we were wrong! Two months after living in our home we saw a small hole on the wall and guess where it was located.towards the front of the home.

I literally see a termite come in and out of the hole disposing wood particles and pasting it around the hole. I then called Taurus to come out and reassess my termite situation and their only recommendation was to treat the area. After treating the area they threw out a disclosure that this was considered a new occurrence even though it was obvious that they didn't treat or inspect it further enough that may have warranted a tenting of the home instead.

Just seems like they didn't want to claim any liability and if I remember correctly a termite completion report guarantees up to one year that the home is clear of termites. I might look into it further with the state board.

Great company to work with! Staff is very friendly and answered our questions very fast! When they showed up to tent, the got to work immediately and were very friendly to my one year old while she was running around them all. I forgot to take some of my stuff out of the house and was so happy to see they were through and bagged and tapped up the stuff! They are very professional and I will recommend Taurus termite to everyone! Thank you!

Brian the owner is honest, using a conservative approach to repairs without up charges, yet it is done correctly! He is very professional and explains everything. If you have ANY questions or problem whatsoever, just call him & he'll make it right!;-

Throughout the whole process of getting our HOA's townhomes fumigated, Brian was very responsive and informative. Each member received a phone call to go over the fumigation process and answer any questions they might have. Pricing was competitive, and they even fumigated the front deck of the townhomes (previous fumigation company did not extend the tent this far).

By far the very best company to handle termites in your home! The entire experience from the inspection to the tenting went so much better than we expected! We didn't double bag all of our food prior to their arrival and the crew actually did it for us! I had no idea what was involved with having your house tented, Taurus literally handed everything for us.

I honestly couldn't believe how inexpensive having your house tented was, I expected it to cost double or triple what we paid, I don't know how they can do this so cheap! If you're looking for an affordable, knowledgeable and experienced company, look no further, you aren't going to find with anyone else! After reading some of the negative comments above, I felt compelled to post.my guess is that the few negative comments must be from competitors or from fake accounts because there is zero possibility that they were customers, the one complaining about the driving of an employee takes the cake, seems like a stalker! I refer anyone needing to rid their homes of termites to Taurus!

We had a great experience with Taurus Termite. Staff was friendly, professional, and honest. Had termites in a part of our window trim. James came out and told us how we could try to treat it ourselves and also did a free walk-around of the outside of the house. When our efforts didn't work, they came back out quickly to do it right.

I have never utilized their services and never will with the type of people they hire to represent their brand. I witnessed one of their trucks a white Silverado plate ending with 32D1 cut me off because he was just being impatient, tailgating all cars he was behind the whole time I could view him on Beach Blvd today and switching lanes dangerously and erratically. Horrible representation for a company!

My partner and I are Realtors. We have been using Tauras for many years! James is great, and we always trust him with ALL of our listings! Even when we have listings out of his area, he offers to review the termite reports to ensure there is nothing strange on there! Highly Recommend.

WIsh i could give less than 1 star for the extremely poor customer service my clients have received from this company. As a Realtor, I attempt to refer only the best vendors to my clients; however, the selling agent, with all good intentions, referred this company to my clients. Termite repairs intially estimated by Brian, who I understand is one of the owners, to be finished prior to close of escrow ( 5 days).

The workers did not show up the first day, and Brian was far more concerned about what "might have happened to them" than the fact that my buyers were now behind schedule on their closing. The next day they showed up, as did I; when I questioned what had happened they day before, two independant employees of Taurus indicated they had not been on the schedule for the previous day.

When I questioned Brian about this, he told me they would not have said that, and that I must be lying. The tile vendor who Taurus uses was supposedly scheduled for same week; when we contacted him, he indicated that he was on vacation, and that Brian had not contacted him for the job. Now.another week delay. When I contacted Brian, he proceeded to question why I was so upset that someone took a vacation.really?!?!?

We are now 3 weeks from the week prior to close of escrow and work is still on-going. The couple have been in their home for over 2-1/2 weeks withno shower, and for 48 hours, no toilet. The wife is 6-1/2 months pregnant. They have had to pay $40 a day just to use the shower at their old apartment. I spoke with the very "pleasant" (please note sarcasm) who answers the phone last Thursday about the situation, and told her I would not speak with Brian any longer as his customer services was absolutely unacceptable; she promised to have the "other" owner call me first thing Friday morning.its Monday night, and no response.

I can only guess that she did not like my attitude, which was, of course, pretty ugly at this point. I left her another message today telling her not to be surprised at my poor Yelp review.and she called me back this afternoon "returning my call".seriously inept staff, horrible customer service and attitudes inconsistent with any that a normal person would accept.

We highly recommend Taurus Termite as they do a terrific job! Bryan is wonderful to work with and answers all questions professionally. His crew arrives on time and are very careful in tenting the structure. They explain what they are going to do and when access will be available. We ended up with two minor issues which they resolved without any problems. They left our property clean and neat.

I have been a customer for 14 years and know that I can count on Taurus Termite to do the job right, provide excellent, professional customer service, and to always work with to solve any issues at the lowest possible price. They never gouge you or try to rope you in to long, expensive contracts and are super responsive. James is very easy to work with and their employees are well trained, experienced, and professional.

Like most reviewers on here I am also a Real Estate professional however my husband was referred to Taurus Termite for our own personal home. Since I wasn't home this is from my husband for Brian: "I want to thank his crew for being professional and punctual. Their work was nothing less than exceptional. Don't hire Taurus Termite for just Termite work, we had a bath shower tile job and will call them for all our future projects. Expect future recommendation from us".

OMG just called to make an estimate with this company and was greeted on the phone by the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN.SUPER RUDE ALL WITH A FEW MINUTES. she was the rudest person telling me to take my business elsewhere for the simple fact they dont make evening apts for those people that work for a living and cant take off work for free morning estimate.hahahaha. NEVER heard such a thing. WOW its only 10 am someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.well at least I hope so.

Can you imagine your front desk help having that horrible attitude on a daily basis.even worse if thats your wife scaring your business off over a question. LOL. GOOD LUCK if you choose this company if thats any indication of customer service.

This review is for estimating / inspection only. Brian has done a great job to estimate. He showed up early, very punctual and sincere. He was also very patient in explaining the procedures and process difference between fuming and local treatment. The final estimation for fumigation is reasonable. Taurus will definitely be one of my recommendation for any of my friends if they asked about termite service.

I have used Taurus Termite since 1998 as a Real Estate Professional and personally. I don't even know how many times they have done work for my transaction. Plus, they have done my own home. Also, I referred them to a very large pharmaceutical company located in San Diego that had gotten a bid from another termite company that had bid the job at an absolutely ridiculous amount something like $36,000 and the company would have to shut down and dismantle all equipment.

This would have been prohibitive for them. Taurus bid the job, told them it was not and infestation, but a very localized area and they treated it on a weekend with no harmful effects to the equipment or the operation of the business.

Adrian was awesome! He took extra time to make things happen for me. I was refinancing and needed repairs done ASAP. They were also short a secretary and he managed to get out my report and my repairs done in time before my rate lock expired. He was professional, efficient, trust-worthy and courteous. I would recommend this company and Adrian in particular to anyone. Thanks again!
