Our technician, Michael, is absolutely EXCELLENT! Our service is above what we would expect. We were plagued with gophurs and to the extent possible, Michael got it under control. He follows up, does an excellent job, Above what is expected. This is the BEST pest control service we have ever had (in more than 35 years as homeowners)

I had Ventura pest out to put up netting for swallow protection. I received a very high estimate which seemed arbitrary. I then received an email for them which said "if you had a 5* experience, tell us about it". Odd, not interested in true feedback and service? Anyways, I'm getting the service done elsewhere at 60% less than Ventura

I 've used many pest control businesses over the years but this one is by far the BEST I've ever had! I found them a few years ago and I haven't had a problem with ants, spiders, water bugs, wasps or any other creepy crawly since! I started with Brian and he was moved to another area but he was back today and I was so happy to see him. I've also had another Bryan and Greg and they were excellent, too!
They are all very nice and neat and clean and they pay special attention to any problems you are having. I've only had them come out a second time when I had a major ant problem and after the second spraying (which I wasn't charged for) the ants were gone and have never returned. The spray they use dries quickly so I don't worry about my dog getting into any leftover chemicals.
I highly recommend this company! They do a great job, the customer service reps who answer the phone are really organized and take care of you and you will be so happy with the job your technician does!

Jose was the lead on this job and he was prompt, professional, and helpful. When the fumigation was completed, another tech called us at the hotel to tell us it was safe to return. Everything was in order and looked as expected. Only one little drip sprinkler was broken, so, all in all, a good job. Service: Termites

Great service and always very professional and friendly! We have routine exterior spraying done every two months and it really keeps all the bugs out of our house except the occasional spider. I left a google review, but figured it couldn't hurt to also provide my positive feedback on Yelp. Ventura pest control installed netting to prevent swallows from building mud nests on our home and they not only did a great job, but they were prompt and reliable. Ryan was great during the initial consultation, Miguel did a great job installing the netting and Jenny was very nice on the phone when making the payment. Ryan was knowledgeable and was very honest about our options.
He came over the same day that we called, which was really important since the swallows were moving fast. Miguel was the technician who installed the netting and he really did an amazing job. Overall, would recommend their services and would use them again for future needs. Hopefully we wont have to though!

I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 because of Liz at the office and Kelly, their supervising manager. Both of these women were on the phone with us repeatedly yesterday to try and resolve the issue. After much discussion, Kelly made the time to come to our house this morning and do the treatments herself so we wouldn't have to do the preparation of our home again in a week. Kelly was super professional, punctual, knowledgeable and communicative about everything she was going to do to our home.
I am very grateful for the level of care that was given to us to resolve our issue. Previous post: This is the WORST experience I have had with a business. I wanted to be clear with what we had to do to prepare our home for them to come, so my husband called to ask - do we need to clear out cabinets? Move furniture? Etc. The person on the phone said she didn't know, so to wait for the exterminator to come and tell us.
We tried to prepare anyway, having past experiences with exterminators. We moved furniture away from the walls and cleared out most of our kitchen cabinets. This morning, the exterminator came and said our house was unprepared. We explained the situation and said we were happy to do whatever else needed to be done. He said he needed to make a phone call, and left.
He LEFT. Not only did he leave, he left our front door wide open. This is SO unacceptable - this was incredibly unsafe for my family, especially my toddler. No explanation, no goodbye, no extermination. We have called the office and are getting nowhere with getting someone else to come, because they are prioritizing other appointments. We have prepared our entire home, taken the day off work, my 1-year-old is packed and ready to go to grandma's house. and now we have to reschedule it all and do it again. This company was hired through our landlord, otherwise I would never use them again. Save yourself the trouble of their unprofessionalism and hire someone else.

We had trouble with a mouse for 5 months. OK it turned out to be a very large rat. We tried everything before we called. They came out, "meshed" all the holes around the house and had the big guy in 2 weeks. Thank you so much. They were friendly, efficient and Don listened to me as I explained. Great service today at my place of employment from Ventura Pest! I believe the name of the Technician was Kurt. He came in early before we could open to provide the service. He was very polite and professional! I had called another Pest control for an estimate.$695.00?! Ventura Pest charged several hundred $$$ less for the very same service! Definitely will use them again!
